They literally had 8 employees working this shift. We had to tell person taking our order through the intercom about four times... what the order was and then when we got to the window we told the person getting our money about four times what our order was.My understanding with that is that this is the same person. Possibly the worst service at a McDonald's in this town. Walked in to the lobby to order. Immediately appeared only two people... were working (one drive window, one bagging). Made eye contact several time with the employee bagging yet he never addressedthat I was standing there waiting. After several more minutes, someone came from the back to chat with her two friends hangingout at the counter. She hollered in the back for someone else to came take my order then got on her personal phone and made acall still standing there behind the counter. Two more people appeared and they seemed to talk amongst themselves who wouldactually come take my order. Finally, order was taken. Now, my order came FAST, but there were issues still. Nugget kids mealwith apple juice and ranch dipping sauce: they gave me a kids cup, not apple juice, and no ranch in the order. Chicken sandwichmeal (large) with sweet tea: no sweet tea at the self serve counter so I had to flag someone to fill it in the back. The fries Iwas given were a medium, not a large. Fries were underwhelming (soggy and VERY salty). Dissapointing because this is is such agreat location for business, but there have always been issues that have progressively gotten worse over time. Absolutely the rudest workers. Our family stood in line for 15 (YES, FIFTEEN) minutes without so much as an acknowledgement that... they would be with us shortly. They made eye contact multiple times, but said nothing. The girl running the drive-thru waschatting on the phone with a friend on her airpod between taking orders and with the other earpiece taking orders for therestaurant. Multiple times we shouted to get her attention and she did not so much as even flinch that she could hear us. Theother guy bagging orders for the drive-thru finally told us he was busy and would get to us eventually when we waved him down,but we had enough of the attitude and told him don't worry about it we are leaving now that we've been waiting over 15 minutes.Two other people in front of us walked out before even placing their order as well, they said they had been there almost 20minutes. I sure hope the manager or owner read this because that's beyond unacceptable. we would have happily waited in linethat amount of time if somebody would have just told us they were busy and would be right with us, but to completely and overtlyignore us? Picked up order at window. After I got home I was missing culinary for my 2 orders of pancakes 2 pad of butter and 1 syrup. ... Spoke with the manager and she suggested I drive back to them to complete the take. Who trained her on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Iexplained to her I had just left the doctor's office. Read more
Not sure why I keep giving them chances but this McDonald's consistently screws up more than any fast food place I've ever been... to. Missing items, not having an item, once I waited 25 minutes for an online order with like 2 items in it. Maybe 1/4 visitsthings go smoothly. Read more
This McDonald's is super clean and has a very nice eat in area. The food was also made fresh. However, the food did take a... little long to come out... But it was hot and tasted like McDonald's should taste. Read more
I live less the 1/2 mile from this location. Service is horrible at best. I keep saying I?ll never go back but tonight was the... last time I?ll patronize this place. The your lady taking money at the drive thru was rude, sitting in a chair and drinking anorange soda. But really upset me was an employee vaping in the kitchen. I told the manager and asked for my money back. I wastold no. I will be calling code enforcement/board of health. Read more
Wasn't very pleased with my order. The egg's were inedible. I couldn't even get my kid to eat them. Plus it looked small and... terrible. I don't know how this is even advertised as a big breakfast. The employees and management didn't seem friendly, or Iwould of tried getting my issue resolved in the restaurant. Wish I could rate zero star's. Read more
