The food went straight to my stomach and that was not in a good way. I got the big breakfast, as usual, but each time I go to... McDonald's the food and service gets worse. I love this McDonald's, specifically for the fact that I get a lrg caramel frappe with extra caramel with added extra chocolate... drizzle and the staff go above and beyond to get my drink correct all the time. Shout out to the women who hook me up and put upwith my frappe addiction on a daily basis lol. Great job people I really appreciate you and y'all make my day so much betterknowing I can bypass 3 or 4 other McDonald's just to come to y'all because I know my drink will be made right the first timewithout any issues . We popped in for burgers, and all 5 of them were way undercooked. I don't mind medium to medium rare burgers when myself or... someone I know well has prepared them, but at a fast food joint...well "Yikes" is the only word that comes to mind. They wereapologetic, made us new burgers, and gave us another order of fries for free. That was nice, but the fries were super saturatedin grease. I don't think we will ever eat at this particular McDonalds again. Read more
They never open on time. I leave my house approximately 8 minutes away at 5am and by the time I get to McDonalds, roughly... between 5:08-5:10am they are never open yet. The website and the app both say 5 am and if I wait around until 515ish or so theydo finally turn the lights on and open. I understand being short staffed but the people who do show up are never there at 5am.Very unreliable for those of us who want a quick breakfast before work! Read more

Today- this was my order of 4 piece McNuggets! Wow! Really, does any type of quality control exist anymore? I thought I had done... the right thing bc I had checked my bag before I left the parking lot. Which I discovered then I was missing 2 fries. Had topark go back inside to ask for them. You know you can?t sit in the drive thru window for too long!!! Messes up their numbers.Did not think I had to ACTUALLY open and count the nuggets. So when I reached home with food for kids- needless to say I wasupset! I called and was told to ? Bring the evidence back with my receipt and they?d replace it! ? I asked while the rest of thefood gets cold- I mean I?m suppose to be eating too. I took it back, spoke to a young 18 yr old shift manager and told her thatshe should speak to the Store Manager bc they need some type of a quality control before food goes OUT to a customer.
