The crew member who was taking orders at the front counter was wandering around, helping other people, saw me standing there,... and never even acknowledged me. Another person who was apparently having the same issue gave up and walked out. Finally, anothercrew member noticed me, asked if I had been waited on. I told her no. She told the first crew member, who finally shuffled overto get my order, which was then prepared incorrectly, but I just ate it and got out of there. Read more
I've been coming to this location for 6 weeks now, EVERY SINGLE TIME, they claim the Mc frappe / smoothie machine 'is down" how... long does it take to fix it ?!! The manager is obviously incompetent !! Also found out they've lied about the machines beingdown for over a year !! They also say they close their dining room at 6:00 pm everyday!! I have to say this was the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. The restaurant was very clean the service was great and... fast, I was waiting for a bus and the girls working allowed me to charge my phone when it died.
