What a great meal and visit and service If I gave it a title it would be Moe?s vs Chipotle?s Hands down Moe?s win, I went to... Chipotle on Sunday because of the advertisement of the Garlic Guajillo Steak, I was so disappointed, the steak was beingadvertised as tender it was tough, on the pop it shows guacamole, I believe it?s $2.39 more, their meal does not come withtortilla chips it?s extra. Salsa I believe they had one flavor. I didn?t order a beverage because we were doing kinda a picnicand we had our cooler. I paid around $19. Now Moe?s because Chipotle?s didn?t satisfy my cravings I went to Moe?s the next day,I will say it?s Monday, so Moe?s Monday?s I got I believe it?s called the ship-wrecker, BOY SO GOOD, I got a burrito that was1.5 ? larger, guacamole that shows on the picture was included, chips included, beverage included, I added a cookie, it all costaround $9. And probably 4 sauces that I loved. Did I mention that I got probably twice the amount of chips at M.. and they weregreat, I love tortilla chips but I threw at least half of C..away In over half of the food. At M? I had so much food with thatbig burrito that was so good, I for a moment wished I could eat like I could 20 years ago. Btw Chipotle?s was in Destin, Moe?sin Pensacola on Davis Highway. Oh yes I called before I got there with a few questions and even with it being 15 minutes beforeclosing, they had time for me on the phone and in person. No 5 star because the lady who fixed my bowl put on a huge piece of bell pepper that wasn't cooked down enough. It was at least... half a bell pepper. I commented on how huge it was and she shrugged and put it in there still. I should've spoke up, but why theheck puts on a practically half a pepper. Absolutely above par service. One of the Night workers, Ashley, was very accommodating and helped me with a misplaced online... order. She's of exemplary character and very amicable. The staff were extremely friendly as well. One of my favorite Moe's. Read more
Came from the land of Pancheros, decided to try out Moe's. Was quite a bit disappointed and underwhelmed due to the lack taste... and meat. I should say, everything was mixed in with a pound of cilantro. I love cilantro, but pretty much all toppings weresmothered with it. I will say the chips and salsa was where it was at. Go to this store regularly but today I got such bad service I probably won't come back. 3 people are all that actually do... anything where 2 just stand around looking clueless. Never got asked if it was to go or dine in so all my food got thrown into abag with someone elses order because they weren't paying attention then they tried to charge me for the other persons meal aswell. Asked for a meal to get queso and once I got my food and asked for the queso that came with the meal was told that allthey had runge up for was just drinks and if I wanted queso I'd have to buy individual sides instead of getting the mealdiscount. One of the worst fast food experiences I've had in a very long time and the people at the register just make it worse. Read more
Service has gone downhill. We were acknowledged when we walked in the door, and then had to wait while they took care of online... orders, that's all they care about. None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing, it was so chaotic and stressful,that we almost left. One of the salsas at the salsa bar didn't have anything to scoop it with..no spoon. Love Moe's. Haven't been in a while, but the experience tonight was as good as ever. The staff at this Moe's really know how to... wrap the burrito and stretch it well enough to fit in a heap of ingredients. Their Homewrecker did not disappoint! Thanks Moes! Read more
I don?t really know why the reviews are so high . My buirrito was super bland and I wasn?t told the queso had jalapeño and I... couldn?t even eat it . The prices have gone to far up and now I need a app to do Monday. I also think the tip begging ispathetic leave a jar and drop it at that . I did not go to a table service restaurant and last time I was here my slip waswritten on for no tip who can pay $15 to eat chips and I clean up after myself.
