We stopped in with friends to catch up and have dinner. The place was spotless. The atmosphere relaxing. Shay was our server.... She had an attention to detail throughout the meal. Her menu recommendations were on point! Fried green tomatoes were the best Ihave had in this part of the country. We were all well pleased with our entrées. What an amazing spot to grab lunch or dinner with a view! We were very impressed by the quality of the food on the menu and the... pricing. Nicks Boathouse accommodated my large group of 6 and two infants so 8 people total. It was late on Saturday evening about 8 pm.... The ribeye steak was on point. It was my first time having grouper fish it was very good as well. The lobster tail wasdelicious! Even the string beans down to dessert was great! My family really enjoyed the service as well! Delicious seafood! Great view outside. Very pleasant. The crab macaroni and cheese was creamy and full of flavor. Shrimp, Gouda... cheese grits, Andoulie sausage was a 10!!! My waitress could have been more attentive, but I'm not holding that against therestaurant. Overall great food. Read more
Dinner was absolutely delicious & drinks were perfectly crafted. Fantastic view & spectacular sunset while sitting on the patio,... even saw a dolphin. No one (8 people) had any issues or problems with the food. Serving time was less than expected. No wait onSaturday night in December. Gratuity was added to party of 5 adults & 3 kids. Had a great Sunday brunch here. Had a table outside (will never do again during a Pensacola summer, lol). Live music was pretty... good, he tried his best to get different music genres in there. No wait for brunch at 11am. Ordered the lobster tacos which weregreat, the avocado sauce that is drizzled on top kicks it up a notch for greatness. Also had unlimited mimosas which were verygood, waitress kept them coming and there was hardly a wait for refills. My friends ordered the chicken and waffles and biscuitsand gravy which they said were not that great or flavorful. This is my 2nd time at Nick's and I would recommend again!
