Had terrible customer service. Wasn?t busy when we went either. First worker never spoke to me. Had a hard time trying to order... when I don?t know if she heard me or if she was waiting for me to say something else. The food I did receive was ok. The crab Rangoon was the best. I doordashed dinner for the night and they didn't fix the order... right. I got the bigger plate and only got 2 of the meat. Read more
Service isn't warm and friendly. While you're placing your order they are constantly cutting you off. Portions are small for the... price charged. Most of the time the food taste really good. So when you average out unfriendly service to good tasting,overpriced food it comes out to an overall average of 3 stars for me. Read more
I don't normally write negative reviews! I would prefer to compliment an establishment. However, the customer service I... recieved was awful! I was told there would be a 5 min. wait on my order. 25 min. later when I let them know I was still waitingfor my food, I was given a tray of food that had been sitting and waiting to be walked out to my vehicle for probably 15 min!Food was cold order was wrong! Just went the lady was nice, the food was awful tasted overcooked burnt rice, wife said her chow main noodles where rubber. The... orange chicken was just nasty. Got a big plate, a bowl and an side entree of black Angus steak. The side entree was just under $7 and I expected a reasonable... size side. Instead I got a small, maybe half a measuring cup size container. I could have just gotten a plate rather than a bowland would have gotten more food for only $1 or $2 more! Heck, could have gotten another bowl altogether for the same price. Ontop of it, it was only half way filled! I mean that's crazy. The teriyaki chicken I got on the big plate (got two orders),didn't have any teriyaki sauce, not on it or on the side... I therefore just got "chicken". My container had only about half thechow mein it should have and the black pepper chicken (my third entree for the big plate) was also only halfway filling thecontainer. The only thing good we got was the bowl for my wife. I made the order with Uber eats, but they said they couldn't doanything about it. My recommendation is if you do go there, verify you're at least getting the food you paid for and not gettingthe scraps they had leftover. Read more
My rice was harder than the granite on the great pyramids. My chicken was delicious though. Love that sesame.
