Very rude, when ordering our food it states that it would take 26mins to 30 mins okay no problem but when it takes you an hour... for one large pepperoni and cheese pizza and your only 3 mins from the store and delivered a cold pizza now that?s ridiculousand then call the store to ask why it?s cold and took so long only to say I?m sorry now that?s not acceptable for a business todo. Order for pickup through Uber eats. We went to go get it when it said it was ready. The guy up front wouldn?t let my partner... pick it up and he said Uber eats has to. He kept telling him we ordered pick up through the app but was just not having it andeventually walked away. So he came all the way back home empty handed. I called them and the girl on the phone said she wasn?tsure why that happened and to just come pick it up. I reiterated that the person of front was not letting him and how big of apain this was because we didn?t exactly live close by. She then told me I needed to be respectful to her. I ignored that commentcompletely and told her that I think they should just deliver it now since it was now inconvenient as my little one was now inthe bath tub and needed to go to school in the morning so he needed to get put to bed shortly. Service from this location is TERRIBLE. The person left our pizza by the door on our porch in 35 degree weather, didn't even... knock on the door so we would know it was delivered, and left. When the pizza was over 45 minutes later than promised, I calledthe store only to be told "I can't control door dash", well I didn't order from door dash! I ordered through PJ delivery.Manager on duty was no help at all. We're stuck with cold greasy pizza that has been sitting outside with feral cats. We can'teat this garbage! Pathetic! Read more
I went to Papa John's pizza tonight. I ordered the NY style pizza. I was very disappointed. I ordered the NY style pizza .... It was no way a NY pizza. The pizza was cold, The pizza looked like a normal size pizza. I tried calling to speak with themanager noone answered my called. Got two pizzas and a cookie pizza. One pizza is extremely thin and not cooked all the way. Cookie pizza still doughy through the... cookie.
