Ordered online but they ran out of stuffed crust , gave me a hand tossed instead got charged 3 dollars more effectively for less... stuff. Very unhappy with the transaction. Casher told me I could not cancel order and make another online order but receive thesame pizza to receive adjustment in price. Manager was too busy with orders at the time. Will not come again, just order locallyinstead. Read more
I walked in last Saturday afternoon, decided what sounded good, placed my order and did a quick run to Publix. My pizza was... ready when I went to pick it up and it was still hot and delicious when I got home. Plenty of toppings on my medium pan supreme.The staff was friendly and timely. Read more
Seems to be decent place. Since it's my first time, the place is small just the size for taking orders and no dine in. I'm old... school so these are common nowadays. Seems like the people who works here are friendly. Read more
Love their pies! They always arrive hot and on time. They apply plenty of toppings, the sauce is delicious, and the cheese is... the cheesiest. I haven't received a pizza that I would be able to complain about. They seem to get keep getting better eachtime I order. Read more
Horrible! Went here to order because it is a new location didn?t even receive a greeting had to stand and wait about ten minutes... even though I had ordered curbside. We paid 40$ for the big family box with wings the wings were so bad we ended up justthrowing them away about 4 of them were actually chicken the rest were just hard breaded small pieces thrown into the box thecheese bread was burnt tried to call to let them know and no one would answer the phone after about five tries I gave up. Love the pizza from this location. It is always really good and arrives very quickly. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.... I usually order thin crust pizza, cut into squares and the past three orders have all been cut into regular triangle pieces.Obviously not a huge deal but it would be nice. Read more
I'll preface this comment with some context, this is not the first time this has happened. I try to be reasonable and... understanding when it comes to service, since I worked in the service industry in the past. That being said, every time I askfor extra sauce on my pizza at Pizza Hut it does not seem like there is extra sauce (the pizza with no extra sauce looks exactlythe same as the one with extra sauce). I explicitly went out of my way and called the store to make sure they tripled the amountof sauce on my pizza after I put the order in. It's hard to tell if the pizza has extra sauce before you bite into it, andagain, it did not happen - I will not be purchasing pizza from pizza hut moving forward. I will purchase pizzas from other pizzavendors (dominoes/papa johns) - I will also not be providing good word of mouth for this business. It's frustrating when I markextra sauce on the order, add extra sauce in the special instructions box, and call the store to make sure I get extra sauce -and after multiple occurrences this still happens. I don't feel like the "customer" comes first at this franchise. Read more
