This Pizza Hut is garbage! Ordered a delivery and it never came. Called the store and whoever answered the phone claimed it was... delivered and the driver had left my address. I explained to her no one had come to my home. At first it was cool, she offeredto have the order remade, but then stated the driver delievered it and said the driver even knocked on my door. Basically shewas stating I (the customer) was lying. And I told her she was stating I was lying because I have dogs, if there was a knockthey wouldve barked. She then got made and claimed she was canceling my order. Employee needs to be fired. Read more
Like I said. That was the worst pizza I ever had. I.It was dry 2.tasteless 3.looked old. 4. Too expensive. 5.The cinnamon rolls... were a joke for the price. 6. The chicken melts had no taste and were dry old looking. My grandkids didn't even want to eat thepizza after they tasted it. Read more
This location used to be great. The drivers and speed of delivery are still good. However, over the last month plus, every... time I order a pan pizza through the app they call me and tell me they?re out. That?s their patented item. How could they beout every night? I don?t know if they just don?t want to clean the pans or need to have more dough prepared or what. So whenthey call me and tell me I can?t have what I ordered, they change it to a thin or hand tossed crust which are subpar from thislocation. Little to no sauce and overcooked. From placing the order to delivery everyone involved helping was so kind and helpful. I'm disabled. Can't walk and have no one... to help me . Being I am in a garage room , and Pizza hut being very sympathetic and understanding the delivery person is willingto open garage door and hand me my order . Pizza Hut has been the only restaurant that understood. Wasn't for Pizza Hut I'd haveno way to have something to eat . Pizza Hut has always been my favorite go to for Pizza since I was a kid . My food has alwaysbeen hot ,fresh and made to how I wanted it . Read more

I hope it was just an off night but this was the worst Supreme Pizza I have ever had. It is a small older building which is fine... if it doesn't affect the business in a negative way. But I went to pick up a pizza and when I walked inside I only saw oneperson and she was in the back. When she saw me and that there wasn't anyone else around, she went and his to avoid having tohelp me. Thankfully one of the other cars out front belonged to a delivery driver and she came inside and asked if I had beenhelped even before getting thru the employees only door to the back. I said no so she asked for my information and went and gotmy pizza for me. If she hadn't of been there then there is no telling how long I would have had to wait to get it. I hope theywere just having a rough night and/or short staffed, otherwise I will not be using this location again. Read more
