This Pizza Hut is about as hood as you can get. I ordered curbside pick up. After waiting 10 minutes after the pizza hut app... said it was ready. No one brought out my order. I had to go inside. My order had been in the warm up oven all that time. No onecared to read the receipt. Read more

Ordered 60 dollars worth of pizza for lunch. When we got it all the pizzas were super doughy and disgusting. Tastes horrible.... Called the store and made a complaint and Troy the general manager said he would come get the pizzas and refund our money. Hetold me if they remade them they would come out the same way. My husband and mother in law use to work for pizza hut. The doughis old. They aren't using fresh dough. As soon as my husband looked at it he could tell it is old dough. Disgusting andunacceptable. Decided to give the 120 Entrance Rd, Pensacola, FL location a second try after having a pizza that looked like it had been... picked up sideways before, only to get what you can see in the pictures below. My pizza looks like it was dropped at least onceand my wife?s pizza isn?t much better. Then the manager tried to tell me it was because of how the edge pizza is cut !
