Best Popeyes experience ever! Everything was hot/fresh and correct, the staff was super friendly and attentive. Everyone was... getting along and working together. Have not visited this restaurant in many months due to extremely poor service. Thought I would give them another chance this... evening and I have to say there was not much improvement. My order was for a three piece tender combo. Got home and the orderonly had the tenders and a biscuit. They did not give me the side I ordered. The management seemed to have an attitude towardsemployees and customers. I won't go back. Read more
Poor and slow customer service tonight, 9/25/22, at 6:42pm, I went to Popeyes located on on 2850 West 9Mile Rd to get a family... meal for dinner. It took 3 minutes just to be told "you can go ahead with your order" then as I started ordering, the persontaking my order started talking to someone in the background which caused another delay with ordering. I was then told it wouldbe a 6 minute wait for fresh biscuits which was fine but that wait turned into 20 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes I calledthe store to report I was still sitting in my car waiting for my food. I was told the biscuits were just coming out the oven andthat they were putting my food in the bag. When the server came out, the food was for a person who had ordered after me. I askedthe server did they forget about me? Finally, 5 minutes later my food was brought out to me. The server was apologetic but itwas too late b/c all my patience and understanding was gone. The food was great! The service was phenomenal. We went inside and the person in front was very personable and friendly. We had... a great conversation and the staff really made us feel special. I would go out of my way to go back there before somewhere else. Read more
The kiosk said 10 pieces two sides five biscuits for $26.99. we ordered this the young lady said 12 minutes for chicken told her... fine we'd wait then she said the order was $41 and some change I said ma'am the sign says 10 pieces family meal for $26.99 shesays that's the price with just chicken....... PURE HATRED for this location. 3 times they have either messed up the order, didn't have a common item, and recently lied about... what they do or don't have. The drive thru girl was so rude, the manager female, short black hair is ALWAYS belittling herstaff in front of us. Oh and this store is absolutely filthy already. This woman I assume is the manager named, Brandy was absolutely rude. When I asked about if the Strawberry Lemonade Slush... contained milk she said no it didn't and they were out and only the Lemonade was defrosted. I said never mind then I'll just getthe sweet tea please. As I went to pull around I could hear her through the speaker still and she was cussing and explaining howstupid I was for asking if milk came in a slushy. When I was at the window she continued cussing loudly and complaining about myquestion. I could hear her through the window. When I asked if she could come to the window she didn't come directly butexplained that she felt it was a silly question because "they don't even have milk in the store". I don't work there. I don'tusually eat there, I don't know that. I have a dairy allergy. It is absolutely not necessary to cuss at or about a customer whosimply asked a question. I can only imagine what kind of environment she is creating for people in the lobby and the employeesaround her if I can hear her in my car with the driver through window closed. And she's the manager?! Is this what corporatethinks is management material? In addition to the poor customer service the food was cold and the drink was still wrong. Theperson who I rode with said that wasn't the first time the lady was rude when she came there before and actually tried to overcharge her telling her a different price than the advertised/receipt price. I hope this person is replaced with a moreresponsible and suitable manager because this is completely unacceptable. I will be further escalating this issue until a properresponse is received.
