Unfortunately this location continues to disappoint. They are consistently short staffed and have been for the 5 years we have... lived here (pre-covid). Quality and freshness are rare. Most food is cold, soggy, old grease flavored. Most recently we weretold 10-15 minutes to cook chicken fresh. 45 minutes later I went inside only to be told they did not have an order for our bay.After a brief conversation, the staff found our order bagged up sitting under the heating lamps. Got home only to find that theorder was incorrect. This location just cannot get it right. Read more
They messed up my order the past 3 times in a row I?ve been there. Today i ordered a number 2 and 1 with tots. They only got the... number 2, and they gave me undercooked fries. They also didnt put cheese and the employees seem like they dont care. They needbetter employees. Read more
Wife ordered new hamburger with fried dill pickles on the sandwich. They forgot to put the pickles on the sandwich. We told the... manager and he brought out a bag of fried pickles no charge. That's good management. We will go back food was good as well. Read more
Slowest fast food place ever. I always order 1 thing from the menu (usually taters) & it takes them about 30-40 minutes to take... my order & give it to me. At any time of the day, it has horrible servicing. They only thrive because there is no other foodplace near here. Read more
Eric and staff were awesome, but as I was going to leave there was a crossover suv sitting, obstructing the drive through line... from the left turn into the rest of the parking lot. Sat and waited and they rudely yelled ?go forward, we are waiting onsomeone to be done? giving me no option but leave the parking lot and make a right and I had to request they didn?t blockoncoming traffic to the rest of the parking lot to wait until an employee was off their shift. Caramel iced coffee was awesome. Food taste great but my breakfast burrito was literally 4 inches long and mostly burrito shell.... It's been a while since I've been to any Sonic. I guess everything is shrinking accept for the cost ???? Read more
I eat at Sonic maybe once every two weeks and I usually get the American hotdog meal which is always pretty good. Well today the... hotdog was not edible, how any employee there thought it was ok to serve something that looked like it had been sitting under aheating lamp for a couple days is just unacceptable to me. It has definitely gotten run down over the years, but their drinks and ice cream ate still good.
