I?m not real sure if this sonic even deserves a one star?. We ordered on the mobile app and the screen cleared within 5 minutes... saying our food was on its way. Great we are about to have our food and be on our way? we were very wrong. We waited 30 minutesto receive our food. When we did receive our food it was ice cold like they forgot to bring it out? which more than likelyhappened because instead of leaving the order on the screen as a reminder that there?s a car parked we?re forgotten about. Therewere Atleast two other cars waiting with us tonight. I would be more understanding if they were busy but there was maybe 7 carsmax. It?s just not acceptable especially to to be wasting $40 to eat cold food. Read more
I waited 30 minutes for cold food to reach my car. I asked for it to be remade and waited another 20 minutes. Save the time and... money, head to the store and make it from scratch. I appreciate that it was remade with no issue though. Read more
Conveniently located near PSC, it's also on the way to work. I stop here almost weekly. Today I have to work a double shift, as... a result I needed extra food. Everything tastes as it should. No errors were made. Service today was very fast. The emoyee waspleasant and polite. Now the bad. I had to go to four different stalls before I found one that was working or had an operationalcredit card machine. They were also out of large size cups for the Sonic blast I wanted and had to settle for a medium. Assomeone who is working nearly twenty hours today, having that large size blast was something I was looking forward to. Supplychain issues and what have you are a thing, the not working stalls though is annoying. Having to pull in a stall, then leavethree times before finding one that works as I needed isn't good optics. Update, added new photo, now getting short changed onfries and shake. Disappointed. This is the best Sonic I have ever been to. The quickest service and the best people ever. The General Manager Eric was super... helpful and thoughtful. Always was smiling and you could tell he enjoys his job and bringing joy to people. My friends and I goto school nearby and love coming here and love seeing Eric when we come to Sonic. Read more
I come here all the time. As I'm typing this I've been waiting for thirty minutes for a small order and am now late to class.... Previously I've been given undercooked food, raw dough, and have never had a wait below 15 minutes. Just go somewhere else atthis point- not worth the wait. Managers should have this location staffed better. The poor servers are busting it as fast asthey can. Read more
Dirty. Waited for 15 minutes for them to answer my call button. I drove to another stall thinking the other one may have been... broken. The red light was flashing on the second stall like someone just left it because they would not answer. Finally anemployee walked by and I asked her what the problem was. She said "the screen is full so we won't be taking any more orders foranother 10 minutes. Needless to say I left. Never going to this location again. Read more
Got the new dill burger. Had to come home take off the fried pickles that were very nasty. Add 15 of my own pickles and mustard... to cover the taste. The guy that took my order said solid 8/10. I'm not sure what he normally eats but that was a solid 1.. Read more
This location has seen better days. Seems like half of the stalls were out of order in one way or the other. I went to two... different ones, and still couldn't pay with my card. That being said when the worker came with my food, 20 minutes later, shethen had to go back inside to run my card and then bring it back out to me, and THEN go back inside once again to replace theranch I was given from my mozzarella sticks, with marinara sauce. It was a model of complete inefficiency. Seems like theemployees were being set up for failure by the dilapidatedness of the restaurant, and the girl that served me was not having agood time, nor did she provide friendly service. The location on the Westside at Blue Angel and Gulf Beach Hwy is much better,so that should tell you something lol Read more
