Is the new thing to not mix the blasts? I've gone there two times already and my oreo blast is never mixed. They placed oreos at... the bottom and top while the whole middle is just vanilla ice cream. Do they not have a mixer machine? Is this the normal thingnow? Read more

I ordered a Route 44 sweet tea with extra heavy ice and lemon on the side, meaning I wanted it in a separate container. So I get... the lemon in a separate container, but it had obviously already been squeezed, God knows where. Plus, I had light ice, not heavyice. When I asked the young lady at the window about it, she bowed up and said "that is extra ice". And I asked her about thelemon, she just rolled her eyes and said "it's lemon in a cup". Uh huh. So I went to one of the stalls, and the same woman whotook my order answered at the stall, as well. I asked if she was the manager since she did sound older than the children runningaround inside. She said yes she was the manager but she was also the only order taker so she would come out but couldn't stayvery long. When she came outside and I mentioned my questions to her, I didn't get much more help, but when honesty, she didgive me more lemon. But wouldn't you kind of thought that if somebody was ordering more ice, for a drink they just ordered withheavy ice, wouldn't you ask if something was wrong with the drink? Maybe taking it back and put more ice in it? I now know why Iquit going to Sonic on Hwy 29 and started going to the one on 9 Mile. Read more

I would love to say that Lezlee is an amazing employee! She was super sweet and attentive. Not only did she bring me my online... order at a timely fashion but she doubled checked to make sure that everything was correct and had no problems with me adding ontwo more items at the store. She was super friendly and it was a refreshing experience with the store. I do hope that the storerecognizes her excellent customer service and can do personality! Read more

The manager Joshua is great, very friendly and eager to help. I honestly believe he doesn't get enough credit. He closed here... last night (great service then by the way) and he's the only one I see here this morning.. SONIC. give this man a raise hedeserves it. I would definitely recommend coming here.. Took a bit to get the food. The ice cream machine was down and so was there breakfast burrito. Said they can't make that. Wow.... Also I took pics of my food. No straws, chicken old! And no gravy. Ugh. Read more
