The slushee was basically sugary syrup. The mozzarella sticks were good. Costumer service was odd. Bro put tray on top of our... car and was confused if we were tipping him or not. We just needed change. Overall weird experience. Read more

Love their iced coffees and I really don't like many places iced coffees. Because some places you go make them too sweet. But... Sonic has a really refreshing iced coffee with just the right amount of sweet to bitter ratio. Read more

The absolute only reason this location got three stars is because I thoroughly love their mozzarella sticks. Customer Service,... is terrible. I placed an online order here, checked in and my food came out, no greeting, no nothing, the carhop literally didnot say a single word to me. After receiving my food and two drinks I realized that I didn?t get the ranch that I clearly put onthe order. So I hit the red button and asked for the ranch for my order. The same car hop then proceeds to bring my ranch outyet again without so much as a word. Coffeee was also terrible but that?s worth a whole different paragraph alone. I typed thissitting in the drive through line waiting to get my coffee remade and after I explained my issue to the sweet girl at the windowI have the understanding that maybe not all of the employees at this location have as poor customer service skills as my carhop. I go to alot of sonics basically every day. The staff at this one was by far the rudest and unwelcoming of any I have ever been... too. Will not ever make the mistake of going there again. I will say they gave me what I ordered just nott the way I ask! Read more

Went to this location twice and both times we were told that the ice cream machine was down when we ordered milkshakes. Our last... visit was May 29,2022 ordered a milkshake and of course was told machine was down while we waited to get our order noticed thetwo cars ahead of us both got at least 3-4 milkshakes. What happen to the machine being down? At least come up with a betterexcuse and make sure when you tell someone it isn?t working that the cars ahead aren?t given any. Learn some customer servicealso. First we went thru the one of the drive thru spots and it was so tight I hit the sign on my right a bad scratch ripping my door... handle too ok so I thought it was my fault at first so we decided to park and sit under an umbrella. We began to notice severalof the drive ins were also ripped off frames hanging and noticed it wasn't just me they were built so tight. So here comes thefood, our food was a disaster the excuse was they were having issues with the ice cream machine. My mother in-law got a bananasplit and as you can see when she opened it it spilled all over the place but we could barely suck the shakes thru the straw. Wecomplained to the manager we asked this young girl why would they serve something like that we found the best thing to do wasexplain the situation and gives a choice for something else. In all my husband had never been to Sonic and the first experiencethere was awful . I gave a star because I had to but it was not deserved. Read more

The food was hot, at least. The drive thru people were more interested in talking to each other than talking to us. Just sort... of shoved the food out the window. Couldn't help but wonder if management saw their sign they posted in the drive thru window.Probably won't return to this one. Read more

Came out slow , ok staffing issues. Lettuce is brown, missing marinara sauce the first time...... will never buy from... here. Chicken sandwich luke warm and mozzarella sticks were not fully cooked. How do you screw up mozzarella sticks. Read more
