First Off I want to start by saying the young lady Kirsten working the drive through was so super sweet and professional!! My... order was messed up and I went back to get it fixed and she was an absolute sweetheart and very apologetic and corrected myorder immediately. Great customer service!! So not only does the food take forever but who orders mozzarella sticks and thinks they have to tell staff they want marinara. ... No asking if I want substitution they just throw ranch in. Btw half the mozzarella sticks In a medium had the cheese cooked outso all I got was sticks. Read more

This location has no sense of professionalism, attention to detail, or apology/regret for mistakes made. The woman ringing our... order up failed to notate the correct order, then questioned our certainty of what we ordered, the woman running the cashregister gave us another customer's order, the man who I assume is a manager falsely claimed to give us the last of a sauce werequested, and that same man when rectifying our order failed to give us the correct order without multiple repetitions of whatwe had ordered, and multiple trips back and forth from the kitchen. I've been to this Sonic location a few times and it has always left something to be desired. The customer service is lacking.... The microphone for ordering is always malfunctioning so you have to repeat your order three or so times to be heard and then itstill comes out wrong and have to send it back to be corrected. Ordered ahead online an order of mozzarella sticks and a sprite, I?ve been waiting over 45 minutes and still have yet to receive... my food and my name disappeared off of the screen 30 minutes ago. I pressed the button and informed them a few minutes after itdisappeared and they said it?d be out shortly. This is ridiculous, I?ve never made a bad review about anywhere before but thisis awful. I use to love eating here. But lately the food is horrible. But tonight I gave it another try and it was Extremely disgusting.... This is my chicken finger dinner. Waste of my hard earned money.
