I thought id never have to write bad about a starbucks but here we are, me and my friend picked up a Venti White Iced Chocolate... Mocha and he got the smallest size they had to try it out. Within 20 mins of drinking, i had to run from Gamestop in the Mall tothe bathroom in the food court and puke my guts out, i also had a date at Rio Bravo that night and was so embarrassed about ifthe puke could?ve been noticed on my breath. I wasnt sure what to do since half of the drink was consumed and i didnt want themto think we were scamming. Regardless, i cant trust this place to go back when i go to the mall and i warn everyone toreconsider getting anything from this place except deserts. The only product that didnt make us sick were the brownies. I REALLYREALLY REALLY HOPE that a Mgnr reads this so they can identify what went wrong and keep this from happening again. Read more

Definitely come here if you want to watch one girl make everyone?s drinks while 5 other girls stand around talking about how... busy it is. Tried to charge me 7$ for my .54¢ drink. All I order is a cup of whip cream with cookie crumble for .54¢ and every other... Starbucks has done this just fine from Niceville to Pensacola. They tried to tell me they had to charge it as a cup of milk,which even so a gallon of milk is 4$ at most. Absolutely insane. Update a few days later, this time they made it but barelyfilled the cup at all. If you are charging me for it full the fing cup. Read more
Customer service is so important to me as a consumer there I look at the considerate levels the courtesy of employers and the... business ethic at this business they used to just simply provide napkins now you have to ask for it they see that you're drivingthey could ask you if you need a cup holder also when something is cold they could provide one of those cup Jackets so that yourhands dont get cold I mean for all the Money that you spend on a cup of coffee the least they can do is make sure that you havea great experience every time you visit giving them your business.
