My local Starbucks is at 1701 East Nine Mile Road Pensacola Florida. Me and my best friend have coffee six mornings a week and... we order the same thing every morning every single day. My iced latte skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte keto friendly drink is perfecteveryday and my best friend says hers is perfect also. These guys and girls that work at this Starbucks are top tier employeesand they make me feel like a king the second I walked in to the second I leave and I have an outstanding morning solely becauseof these guys and the way they make me feel. I love going there every morning, they always greet me every single morning andalways makes me feel so good and on top of that the drinks are always perfect. There is one barista that ruins this place for everyone. Short hair, older lady. Argues with you about everything.. if you want... iced drink but not too much ice, she fills your cup half way to compensate. If you order a cappuccino but ask for no foam, samething, you get barely half a cup of coffee. If you complain, she lectures you on what a cappuccino is. Starbucks motto issomething along the lines of: we make it how you want it or we make it again until we get it right. This barista is a disgraceand something of a local celebrity for her bad service. When you're lucky and get one of the other baristas, they're friendlyand you get the usual Starbucks quality and service. Read more
Inside the target. I?m never going here again, it?s a tease that it even exists. They are ALWAYS understaffed and of the two... people working you?re lucky if one is competent. Every time I go I pay $6 for a normal iced coffee and every time they somehowruin it completely. Either it?s all milk, no classic syrup, no ice, you name it. As someone who?s worked at 2 of these locationsI can tell you that corporate would be disgusted and require complete retraining and re-staffing. Read more
