This store closes before 9pm. This is the second time I?ve been at the store around 8:45pm to find the store door locked.. I... knocked on the window and a young man said they were closed.. I told him it wasn?t 9:00pm, he ignored me. Terrible customerservice. If the store is open till 9:00pm, that means 9:00pm!.. not 8:45pm. Very bad look for sure. Read more
So this is the subway that I usually go to because they always do a pretty good job. Whoever made my sub today 6/28/2021... literally made the best Italian BMT I have ever had on a Subway level of sandwich. Healthy options, good food just not a big bread person. They do have new awesome bowls here now too really good! No complaints... just good when I'm in the mood. Fresh, clean facility always. Firehouse subs is a 5 because of their taste to me that's all. Read more
Always great to be able to build your sandwich however you would like it without dragging everything out of the fridge at home !... If you had that much variety at home. Consistent and good--and served up pretty quick (unless the person in front of you needslike 6 sandwiches--all different of course. The salads and cookies are good too. Mostly the cookies. Read more
Was treated horribly. Sat down to eat and the chips were stale so I told the manager behind the counter they were stale and I... was just going to grab another bag. He asks to see the bag. Checks the date and says "they're within the expired by date". I sadguy, they're stale. Eat one. He said no and if I wanted more chips I'd have to pay for them. I told him I paid for food and Iwasn't going to eat stale food. He told me if I grabbed more chips I'd be stealing and I'd have to leave. I cussed the guy andtold him try and stop me. I could have handled myself better and my apologies to the two women inside, but I'll never go backthere. Absolute rudest anyone has ever been to me in a restaurant and all over a stale bag of chips. I never write reviews but I had to write this one. I had one of the best sandwiches from this subway!! It was the PERFECT... sandwich. My husband was there 8/17/19 at 5:30 and ordered 2 cold cut combos. A male was maybe training a female (have no ideaon your names). But whoever you are, you deserve recognition!! Thank you. Read more
Honestly this subway is one of the best I've been to. The owner must be a great motivator and able to find great taken that... really care about taking care of the food and providing great service. I mean, it's still a subway so don't expect the redcarpet treatment but they seem to go the extra mile and do what's right. Very extra in a good way Read more
So we usually go at night and everyone is always amazing at night time even when they?re slam packed with people and online... orders. We went today at about 1:30 and the lady who made our sandwich was very rushed even though no one else was in line andshe made our sandwiches wrong and got mad at us for saying the wrong sandwich name (all American club vs regular club) and Iunderstand all about bad days at subway cause I used to work there for 2 years. Yes it?s a hard job but at least smile once.Then she charged us for our cookies and didn?t give them to us. And I feel bad about complaining but she was not nice to us inthe slightest but nice to people who walked out right before we left. Read more
