I literally come here on a weekly basis and order the exact same order every single time, well tonight I came through and had... the worst experience I?ve ever had. So bad I?m never returning, calling cooperate, and requesting the footage is pulled andreviewed. When visiting tonight at 6:48 pm I came through the drive through and ANTONIO was rude from the moment he greeted me.I proceeded to order the exact thing I do every single time, 2 cheeses gordita crunchs w chicken, a nacho shell, extra spicyranch. Not that hard. Well Antonio takes it upon himself to ring me up for something else and cancel my special request. As Itry to confirm it was rerung correctly I was told ?PULL FORWARD TO THE WINDOW?, at the window I was never greeted. Antonio puthis hand out for money at which time I asked for the total. When the total was $12 instead of $15 as normal and I tried toconfirm the employee said ?yes it?s correct?. I pull around to check my order, no nacho shell. I went inside and speak with amanager that was short with red braids on the food line. She refused to refund my order and called Antonio over to speak over meand argue about what I ordered as I simply trying to get it corrected. After having the EMPLOYEE ANTONIO AND MANAGER ?KYTHERENEH laugh and speak over me while I stated I needed a copy of my receipt and both named I decided to leave without a refund andwith the incorrect food which I will be holding onto for when I return to speak with a different manager tomorrow since thisreally isn?t okay. I don?t mind an up charge and in fact have no issue paying it. I knew there was an issue when I wasunderpaying, but I will be ensuring corporate pulls all of this footage and reviews this. This is not okay and honestly maybecustomer service isn?t the job for Antonio or kytherene seeing as they can?t handle simple tasks without massive issues. Very good portions of food. No Large cups that was supposed to be with the "deal" employee just threw a medium cup up there, and... just said we are out of large cups and walked away. Employee that eventually took my order was outside talking with someone in acar with another employee. It took a few minutes before they came it to take my order. I wish I knew you could add photos, Iwould have taken one! Read more

Website says they open at 9. I pull up to the store, 2 people are outside smoking. I'm like okay smoke break, they will probably... say they will be with me in a moment. That's cool. I pull up to the speaker at 904 wait till 908 , nothing on the drive throughspeaker. I get angry and head to the other two bell. then in no proud moment, I repeatedly call this taco bell like aheartbroken teenager until they answer the phone at 912. They told me nobody had a headset on. You can literally just put one onto say I'm sorry we are closed. I work at Starbucks, I know how it feels to be understaffed as fast food. Ask you have to do isout a headset on and say sorry we are still closed. Read more

The wonderful lady taking my order and also giving me my order was a breath of fresh air. She said she was new to this location... I believe, traffic made it a little hard to hear her. She was happy and so sweet she put a smile on my and my daughters faces. Iwould come back just for her service. Read more

Second time this week I stopped by this restaurant and waited 10 minutes at the register to order and was never waited on so I... left. There is a reason that this taco bell has the reputation of being the second worst fast food place in pensacola, beatenout only by burger king on mobile hwy. I doubt any of the higher ups read these reviews however... if they do I figured I wouldinclude my business model and hopefully help restore this restaurant to its former glory. If I was the GM I would shut thislocation down for 1 week. In that week I would: 1. Day one- inform all current employees that their services are no longerneeded. 2. Day 1 and 2 would be used for on the spot interviews and they would have to agree to my business plans and executethem as directed otherwise- they would also be let go. The last 3-7 days would be used to train the new staff and make sure theyknow how customers SHOULD be treated and that if they are not treated in that way the employee turnover rate would be extremelyhigh until I got staff that strives for excellence. By the 3 month mark I would expect the turnover rate to decrease, sales toincrease, and reviews to be higher than they have been in years. If that was not the case I would respectfully resign because areal manager leads by example- not just tells other people what to do. Also because I am a woman of my word and if I promisesuccess and eventually fail then I deserve to be replaced also. Read more

Waited in line at least 15 min to be told they were accepting cash payment only. This didn't affect me because I had a mobile... order, but they should have put out a sign so people using card didn't wait for nothing. For God sake, please don?t serve like this to your customers. I understand you gets so busy especially during lunch hours but... you have to be careful when cooking this kind of food orders . Not worth it to pay even a single penny. Disappointed. Read more
