If I could give them negative stars I would. This was literally the most sickening fast food I?ve EVER had! Tried to call 800... number on review receipt?CLOSED! Tried to submit review via corporate website, and it would not go through. So? here we go. ALLof this order was revoltingly COLD! The potatoes had clearly been refried so many times they were all like ROCKS!!! You could?vebroken a tooth on them. When our order was picked up, there were no other customers in the store. The ?box meals? and otheritems were all just dumped into a single bag? no way to check order to assure it was correct. As for the food and lack ofquality, I imagine employees didn?t want to cook fresh food so they kept re cooking old items. The black bean Crunchwrap supreme(and the reg one as well.) were nearly empty!! Pretty much a scrap of bean juice , mostly a floppy, old, chewy tortilla, w/cheese sauce and sour cream? 3-4 cubes of tomato, nothing else ( photos included) there were 3 orders of ?potatoes? and cheeseeach had about 10 rock hard potato bits with a wad of cheese? which did NOT make up for the fact that the potatoes were old,cold as ice and rock hard! The taco was so cold the meat was congealed. The shell was floppy ? It was nasty? NASTY! I reallywant my money back! Bc this was an inedible mess! As a result, I will NEVER darken the door of this establishment. Cheap fastfood is one thing? revolting, and borderline dangerous is another altogether. I WILL be calling corporate? and the health dept.to request an inspection?. Because there is NO way best practices are being followed by this chum bucket, dump! Eat here at yourown risk! Read more
Food was good. They accidentally put sour cream on my taco and I don't eat sour cream. I ate it anyway , and although I won't... purposely get it made that way, I wasn't upset. Locos tacos are great and Baja blast of course is excellent Read more
I came inside at this location at 5 PM placed my order on the order app. It ask how to pay and I said cash. Screen went back to... start. I waited 20 minutes without service and 9 cars in drive through and two other customers getting their orders. Finallya lady came out ask what I needed. I said I ordered and paying with cash. Then they started my order which took another 15minutes to complete. Very poor if I could give zero I would. Will not be back, of course you don?t care. Read more
Do NOT go here If you want GOOD Taco Bell. Go to the 9 mile location of the one near the mall. I have given this location many... chances to get it right. Every single time they give me OLD food. I go during the busy lunch hour and every time my food is old,cold and disgusting. They do not make fresh food at this location. They also have made mistakes of getting my order wrong orleaving out food I paid for. This location is right by my house but I?m officially done coming to this location and paying fordisgusting food. I will take the drive to the 9 mile or the one by the mall so I can guarantee my money is being spent ondelicious, fresh Taco Bell. Read more
Y'all need to have a talk with your evening staff about professionalism, etiquette, AND doing their jobs. The day shift is... pretty good, no complaints with them. If I could rate them separately they'd have 5 stars but evening/night shift. Boy do theyhave attitude issues. I don't appreciate unwarranted attitude nor do I appreciated being called "Rude as h^ll" as I'm walkingout the door just because they think I'm not within earshot because THEY didn't want to provide the drinks on a delivery orderthat had drinks. Like, I'm sorry, but as a delivery person whenever there is anything missing I'M the one blamed and I'M the onethat has to deal with an angry customer. I can understand that delivery drivers may add stress to the job but that isn't on thedelivery drivers. That's the establishment that partnered with the 3rd party service. Read more
Terrible service, terrible tacos. Used drive- thru, ordered party pack of 12 taco supremes and drinks. Was told to drive around... and park to wait for food. A man brought out our food, but no drinks. We asked for our drinks, and we?re told to go back throughthe drive-thru. We didn?t want to get back in the drive-thru line so we just left without the drinks we paid for. Get home withtacos and they taste like cardboard! I don?t understand why. Never had that happen before, but they literally taste like thecardboard party pack they came in. Disgusting. Inedible. Unbelievable. Will not stop at this Taco Bell ever again. Read more
Went to dine inside with a coworker. Walked to counter. Stood for 30secs before they tell us we have to use self-service machine... to order.. ok fine order and put I want diablo and hot sauce. Another person comes in after we order and goes to counter. Theylook at him but don't say or do anything for at least a full min. Was probably longer but at least a full min. Finally they talkto him and give carry out. We finally get our food and my crunch wrap is nearly wrapped with food coming out side not biggestdeal but could have been made better. Finally sauce in bag doesn't match what we put on selfservice order so I go to get thesauce I like. I stand for about 30 seconds while two working making food look back and forth to themselves after seeing me andlaugh to themselves. I get my sauce and start eating and where I sit I can see the food line and one worker puts something inmouth looks like a chip eats it. $30 for just me and my husband to get 2 burritos (which they didn?t put the extra nacho cheese or sour cream on that we paid... extra for) and a chicken quesadilla with some cinnamon balls that were hard. They were obviously old ones that had been sittingforever and also by how dark they look this time- they haven?t change their fryer oil in probably weeks. As someone who?s workedin fast food before this is honestly just unacceptable for how much we paid. Read more
