Portions are a joke!!! Food was average. Customer service was excellent. When?I inquired about my tiny taco supremes that had no... sour cream ( or the onions my wife requested) The young man immediately made me two new ones. Drive through cashier Robert deserves a raise! I travel for a living and come across a lot of characters and those that work in... fast food are typically cold and blunt. However, Robert is a cut above the rest! Besides exceptional professionalism, hedemonstrated that you can have a pleasant time at a fast food restaurant. We called to make sure their soft tortillas were warm because the one by the hotel qe are staying in, is ice cold. The manager... Scott, assured us his are nice and hot. He even apologized for the other stores mistakes. We were pleased with that, he thentold my husband if we came to his store, he would take care of us and our meal would be free. Got a lot of food, literal quote from cashier ?I just threw a bunch of sauce in there for you guys didn?t know what you wanted?... we asked for fire and Diablo. Got three sauces for all our food, about 8 burritos and tacos. Everything was soggy as hell too.So yeah 1 star. Thanks guys. Read more
Beefy five layer burrito I think only had beans and cheese in it. Pictures attached. Supreme burrito was as expected but kind of... light. Soft tacos were fine. Don't feel like I got my money's worth though. Read more
Not my normal taco but, after looking online for a store in Pensacola that still had Mexican pizzas, I saw they had the still... had the Mexican pizza signs up, so I called and a nice girl answered immediately to inform me that yes they had a few left. Thefood was hot and fresh. The service was fast even though the drive thru line was full when we arrived. The lobby at thislocation is closed. Every thing I ordered was correct, unlike some of the other Pensacola locations. Read more
Taco Bell is Taco Bell, but this one day I really had a hankering for a Taco Supreme. When I got there, (not having been there... in a long time.), I noticed that I could get a burrito for less money than for 2 tacos. So I bought a burrito. I believe it wasa beefy cheese burrito?. Anyway, it was choke full of refried beans. It may have well been called a refried been burrito with alittle bit of cheese. I was very disappointed ???? But I guess it was Taco Bell, I should've known better. Read more
