Best Waffle House experience in a long time. They were working extremely hard to get our orders!!
If you want to place a phone order here, just forget it, 3 times now we have had issues with call-in orders for pick up. We both... run businesses and live very busy lives and would like to pick up a quick classic waffle house breakfast when on the run attimes. The 2nd scenario was the worst of them all and we still even gave them one last 3rd strike. Will go to the other closestone every time now at 9201 US-98, Pensacola, FL 32506. She had enough time to drive 40 mins there and walked in on several callin attempts with getting held and hung up on, while in person holding the phone to her ear still, the lady said someone iscalling in again. She had to let her know it was her standing there right in front of her as embarrassment. Read more

So, typical Waffle House. You gotta remember when you walk into a Waffle House you did that to yourself so lower your... expectations. Comparing it to other Waffle Houses, it was actually on the cleaner and calmer side. There?s not much around itwhich is nice. The orders were pretty much right; had to send some hash browns back for ham and cheese to be added and I askedfor my eggs to be over medium but you see it?s more like easy. The people working at this location are kind and relatively calm.I loved my hash browns and I loved the raisin toast. Man that stuff is good. If you come with a group larger than 4 there?s notenough seating. But that?s just how it is. My aunt said the bacon was over cooked. 3 stars because I didn?t feel like they weretrying that hard to do anything right but they were just trying to get orders out. This is typical Waffle House. Okay eggs, sausage, best hashbrowns being served, etc. This one is clean and the staff is friendly... and efficient. The best part is that it has been warm inside the last two times I visited. I cannot say how nice it is to notfreeze while getting breakfast. Bravo to whoever is controlling the thermostat. Read more
