Never ate there , been years .. sign said dining room open but was locked .. drive thru was 20 cars deep .
At 2:25 pm on a Monday they were out of potatoes , pub fries vanilla frosty and who knows what else. The staff did noy seem... concerned that they did not have what was advertised on their menus. The Wendy's at Sacred Heart Hospital is always clean. The staff is always friendly and polite. They get your order quickly. And... most importantly. The food is always tasty and great quality. I have never had a bad experience with this Wendy's and I alwayslook forward to coming back here. Read more
I hadn't went to Wendy's in a while and this is what was available when I was at the hospital. I ordered a chocolate Frosty, the... new hot honey chicken sandwich. Not the biscuit the one on the bun and fries. I've always liked their frosties it was thick andI noticed they had strawberry too but I stuck with chocolate. This is the first time I tried their new fries and they're reallygood too. But I have to give it only to stars because the chicken sandwich was horrible. The bottom bun was completely soggy Itasted no spiciness only honey, whatever the sauce was on it it was sloppy, they said they were out of some special pickle thatthey use on it but did I want regular pickles and I said sure but they forgot to put them on. Now I remember why I don't gothere much stick with the frosties LOL. And now maybe the fries. Read more
So i placed an order of 2 4for4's and an extra large drink.30 mins later I finally got my food. The order was to go and after... pulling away from the building I find that I got 1 fry in 2 bags. Also, while there the service was so bad I watched 4-5customers walk out without ordering after waiting 5-15 mins to place an order as well as a few asking ng for refund. There was barely any egg on the biscuit left. On the right I get full egg I ordered 4 biscuits and got 2 Eggs. Then I called... and was forwarded twice to voicemail that is not set up. Not a great experience Read more
Unfortunately made Another trip to the one star Wendy?s just to get a simple chicken Parmesan Caesar salad for my dinner. Got... it just after 5pm (prime dinner hour right)? My salad was 80% lettuce that had turned pink and brown and should not have beengiven to a customer. Aside from still not being friendly at the window (I had hoped this would have improved) the food is justbelow average. I hope this review prompts positive changes at this location. I know I could easily just go to the one on Davis(4 miles away) but this location HAS to improve. Read more
I don?t know what it is about this location. First time I ate here it was delicious but it is horrible every other time. Burgers... are dry and nuggets are hard. It?s not the traditional Wendy?s that I enjoy. I haven?t been here in months so thought I wouldgive it a shot but I was wrong to try. I can?t keep waisting money to still be hungry. I?ll stick with cafeteria food next time.I do have to say that the staff is always super nice and friendly and I do appreciate that. Read more
