So unfortunately this location is the closest one to me. This is the third time I've been there in 2 weeks where they served me... unedible food. This morning I went to go get breakfast the biscuit was rock hard when I said something about it she just told methat it was her last biscuit which is why they gave it to me. Which is crazy because why serve something unedible to begin withjust because it's your last one you could have just told me and I would not have gotten it at all and wasted my money. The staffnormally doesn't seem to care when there's an issue with food. Unfortunately I'm just going to have to start driving furtheraway to another location in order to get my breakfast because they really do have good breakfast when it's actually edible. I absolutely enjoyed this experience. From the moment I walked in the door it felt like a Cafe. It was clean and well... maintained. I had a pleasant conversation with a gentleman at the register named Ron. He remembered my name and correctly placedour order. He also spoke to me about things that we had in common which made me feel more welcomed. When I received my food itwas hot and delicious! If any management reads this, I want to again express how great Ron was at his job and making me feel asthough I had a new friend! You should be proud of him. I know I am! Read more
Must have new management bc service at drive-thru and counter is frustratingly slow now with frequent errors with my orders.... Wasn't this way until relatively recently. Their curbside service was fast, but they stopped offering curbside service, too.Definitely not worth the long wait times. Much faster getting food someplace else nearby and probably with fewer errors, too. Read more
Got the New Honey Chicken sandwich from this location. Fries are great, cola is cola but the more environmentally friendly cups... are a boon. The sandwich was disappointing. It's supposed to be spicy, it wasn't. Additionally it looked sloppily put together.Honestly though, it's what I expect from a fast food joint. If you look at the places I've reviewed you'll see most fast foodplaces get three stars. This location is no different. Read more
I always knew Wendy's had great burgers, but recently I have discovered how good their other food it. Their spicy chicken... sandwich is pretty spicy and delicious. I don't know what they did to their fries, but I prefer them over McDonald's now. Also,their breakfast foods are very good. I go there almost every Saturday morning with my daughter now. Highly recommend all theirfood. And there service is certainly much better than McDonald's. Read more
Went through the drive through only ordered a large chilli an drink they gave me 1pack of crackers an nothing else for chili an... asked for more crackers an was given only 1more pack of crackers an no straw for drink. Had a horrible experience Wrong food wrong cost wrong everything Called customer service Waited over an hour 30+ people were in... front of me Yes I waited.really angry teenager at home that waited all day and then got wrong food. Inside was CLOSED WAS DRIVETHRU ONLY - NEVER NEVER DOING THIS AGAIN NEVER WAS FIRST LAST ONLY TIME WILL EVER do such a thing. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with everything on it and received a double bacon cheeseburger with just barbeque sauce on... it . Of course I was driving down the road when I discovered that .
