I would normally give this whataburger a 5* across the board. But this particular trip was not even worth a 3*. Line wasn't long... took awhile to get my food and the signarure burger was poorly made. And cold. Unacceptable. The onion rings were magnificentthough. Poor girl on register was new and couldn't get help with the register. Line was out the door. Then food was all messed up. Spicy... sticker on the regular sandwich. Good food but terrible customer service at the Pensacola Blvd location. 8 people standing around and no one acknowledges the... customer. When they finally take your order, no acknowledgement or appreciation for the business. It?s sad they have not beentrained and led better. Read more

We visited 11/11/22 around 6:30-7:00pm. Jeff (the manager on duty) and his crew of 3 (total of 4 people working in the... restaurant) did an amazing job and keeping up with all the walk in traffic and drive through. They were all super busy and Jeffwas taking orders, delivering food to the tables (as well as online orders) and dropping food as well. They all did an amazingjob. Read more
