When they opened they were awesome. But the standard of quality has deteriorated so fast! The soda machines and iced coffee are... frequently out or not working. The hot food bar is almost always bare. The lines at the registers are almost always at a 15minwait even during non busy times. Not to mention the few times I?ve come in to hear a lady screaming at one of the workers in theback. Sad how quickly this place went down hill. Read more
Ordered BBQ Brisket Pizza online. When I went to pick it up they told my phone number was bad and they were out of brisket. I... asked if I could get a pineapple chicken pizza and the kid said yes if they had pineapple. They didn?t. So I ordered a BBQchicken pizza. I asked how long it would be and he said 15 mins. I told him I would be waiting in my car. I parked right outsideof the front door. I checked online to make sure my phone number was correct and it was. Plus, I had no missed calls. About 5minutes after I ordered the new pizza I saw the kid walk out of the building. I thought that was strange but maybe he wasgetting off work. So, when it?s been 15 minutes I go back inside to pick up the pizza. The girl working the register looked backin the kitchen after i told her I was picking up a pizza. Which she was present when I placed the order and heard the entirething. She turns back around and tells me they are out of chicken now!!! And that the guy came out to tell me. Which he didn?tdo. Came in today to get an iced coffee from the machine and as usual the iced coffee was out. It used to always be full when they... first opened but they started slacking I guess. Then every now and then they started putting signs on the machine that it wasout. They stopped doing that so now it?s a guessing game. I filled up a cup of ice and only a drop of iced coffee came out so Igrabbed a bottle of iced coffee instead. Told the lady very politely that it would be nice if they put a sign up when the icedcoffee is out and she said absolutely nothing, looked at me like she was annoyed and didn?t care and THEN charged me for the icethat I put in the cup to get iced coffee. ???? She then got a phone call and answered it and didn?t as much say have a nice dayor anything. I work at a gas station myself and would never treat a customer that way. Read more
The website says you can order sandwiches from this location but they didn?t have the sandwich ingredients. The said they?d... never made sandwiches before. They didn?t have lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, and the bread was dry! It was on their website toorder sandwiches but they are not worth it! Avoid! Read more
Casey's has a lot of selections on pizza, coffee, iced coffee, iced tea, snacks, and a lot of stuff. They do have clean... restrooms, ice machine, and an ATM inside. They do offer curbside pickup but no delivery. For some reason this location doesntshow up correctly on Google Maps & the Casey's App as it wasnt correctly set up. Service is quick & staff are friendly. One ofthe best things is that they sell Unleaded 88 which is 15% ethanol. No other gas stations in Piedmont sell anything withethanol. Read more
This casey?s has taken me 50$ from me TWICE on my debit card for zero reason, i never even came into the store the day they... randomly charged me. Makes no since why they keep taking my money. when i called to get my money back they were rude and didnot help. Read more
