I wanted to say thank you to Christina, Z and the rest of the staff that helped me with my moms 80th birthday dinner... celebration. They were so nice and accommodating. This was our first time visiting the Cotton Patch Cafe in Plainview, Texas. The place has a nice, laid-back ambiance to it. The... decor is nothing fancy, just comfortable. The wait staff are friendly and competent. We were greeted and seated right away. Theprices weren't cheap, but they weren't outlandish, either. The only complaint that I have is about the meal itself. My wife andI both ordered a BLT with fries. The taste of the sandwiches was good, but the bacon was tough as shoe leather. My thinking isthat a BLT sandwich is not easy to mess up, but... Although we were both disappointed by the tough bacon in our BLT's, my wifeand I would be willing to give the Cotton Patch another try someday. Read more

Food was good. Server was friendly but forgetful. A couple of us at the table (we had 6) had to send items back for not being... prepared correctly. Otherwise it was a good meal. Read more
They didn't listen to the requests about stuff to not put on. Burned the burger patties. And honestly i haven't had a quesadilla... that dry, flat, and flavorless since when i was in school. Also they were very stingy on the chicken. Not the worst place iveever been. But the cotton patch in hobbs is definitely way better than this one. Read more
We ordered this for delivery. Beyond upset. Spent hard earned money for a joke of a plate. One taco literally had one tiny piece... of fish in. Seriously why offer delivery/door dash if you act like that money isn?t worth the same as the money that comes inthe front door. Read more
Didn?t know how I wanted to word this but I?m am beyond upset this isn?t the first second or third time we have had issues with... the restaurant but this one really pushed it for me. We ordered our cornbread as soon as we got her told it would take 25minutes we were okay with that but we got it in a to go box 45 mins Later. One of our drinks was to be a unsweetened tea as youcan see they started to pour strawberry lemonade into the glass just poured it out and put the tea. My daughters burger wasunder cooked when we got the new one we realized it was only half a patty, (which we were told that is the way it comes forkids) ???????. I'm only giving one star because you have to. My husband and I just ate there. We ordered our food and waited an hour and a half... before we got our food. Then it's was not right. I asked for a baked potato and got garlic mashed potatoes instead my husbandordered a steak well done and it was not well done. Ridiculous we will NEVER eat there again. Let me clarify this was not anhour and a half total this was just an hour and half on our food. NEVER AGAIN Read more
