First of all, why offer curbside pick up and have a sign out with number to call that nobody answers? This was my first... experience at Kona Grill and I have to say I wasn't impressed. I ordered 2 lunch special burgers to the restaurant a try. Theburgers were cooked as we ordered one medium and one well done. That's all can say good. There was a strong fish odor when Iopened the take out container, yes I realize this is a seafood restaurant but should burger smell fishy? The bottom wasburnt...quality contol should not be ignored just because you're offering a special price. The hostess could really use a bit ofCustomer service training. Try acknowledging that you made a customer wait and maybe apologize for accepting a curbside orderwhen you don't have staff to fulfill the option. Just a thought. Your server Chance there is amazing!!! Best server I’ve ever had. The man is just simply different. He was able to manage... getting my meal swiftly and all of my accommodations I had the mac chicken that he recommended me (as seen below) all of myneeds were met during busy Saturday night and he was able still able to take care of his other tables. I had been wanting to visit Kona Grill for a while, and I finally did last Friday night. I advise making reservations in advance... to avoid waiting. The meal is delicious, and the setting is lovely. Both the cilantro lime chicken and the dragon fire sushi weordered are excellent. In comparison to other places, I would say the price is a little excessive, but overall, I had a greattime and will surely return. Read more
