We?ve been to Friendly?s a few times this past year, while travelling in the US. This one in Plymouth, MA, like the others, is... decorated in a 1950s? style and is very bright and comfortable. Unfortunately, the food is really not very good. We had theopen faced turkey sandwich on brioche (I think it was brioche) but the turkey tasted like it was taken out of a deli package andslapped on a very stale and thin slice of toasted bread. The potatoes and corn were fine, and the ice cream is always fabulous. Our waitress was lovely, friendly, and bubbly. All of the wait staff we?ve had at different locations have been, well,friendly? but the company has to improve their menu items. Read more

Friendly's are rare. I miss them, for their chicken fingers. This place was very family oriented, and my waiter make the trip... friendly and welcoming. It's the only Friendly's I've seen in years and the best one I've ever seen, possibly. If you're nearPlymouth Rock, this is the place to take the kids. Read more
My dashing wife and I stopped in at 8pm on a Friday night in April after dropping our 45-going-on-14 year old son off at the ice... rink down the way with his friends for a few hours.. We had the place to ourselves, and we felt terrible for making the staffstick around right up til closing when we realized that they close at 9, but they were great about it. Great food and tasty ice creams!!! I understand that the current situation isn?t the one to talk about wait times but we had an... insane wait to simply get our ice creams served to us. We ordered our ice cream, got served our check, we paid our check andafter a whole 20 minutes we got our ice cream. I repeat, I do understand staff shortage and restrictions on business operationsbut 20 minutes to serve ice cream from the front of the store to a table might be a little bit too much. I?d have walked to thefront to go and collect it myself if not for the guidelines in place. Our attendant was super friendly and really nice to talkto. She helped with our orders and was patient enough to answer questions wrt getting a vegetarian meal option. I went to this Friendly?s a couple weeks ago and was not satisfied much. We walked in and stood for 10 minutes at the waiting... area. No one else was waiting and there were clearly around three to four tables open. We finally got seated and right away thewaitress came to ask for our drinks. We didn?t even get to look at the menu. After ordering drinks I selected my food, two minicheese burgers (two sliders) with a side of fries. We ordered. Then I got my burgers. B U R G E R S . I went in to friendly with my grandchildren and I ordered a burger for myself and told her no mayonnaise cause I was allergic... and my burger came out with mayonnaise so they had to remake it it took forever to get it and then they charged me for twoburgers when I called they told me to come in and get the money that they owed me for the second burger that I never receivedAnd I said I could not get there right away will they remember next week and she said yes so I called today to let them know Iwas coming tomorrow and she told me that she wasn't giving me my money back that she was going to give me a voucher. I told herI was told that they would give me the cash that they took from me back unfortunately I didn't look at my bill while I was thereI just paid it because I couldn't wait to get out of there cause the kids were being fresh!
