I love JJs but this one sucks. I live about 2 min away but still drive to the golden valley location because it?s so much... better. Wacky hours, mediocre sandwich prep (super light on sauces, heavy on lettuce, build quality lacking), slower than mostJJs, and standoffish employees to top it off. Read more

Waited 40 minutes for a sandwich before having to leave so I wasn't late for work, Was told they would void out the order. Got... charged for the food I never recieved. I've emailed corporate multiple times being told that the stores owner will reach out bithaven't heard anything. This location is run by a clown. Read more

Worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Garbage service and they always get people's orders out of order. Some people wait 3min... while others wait over 20min. Would give negative stars if I could. The entire staff is incompetent and rude. Read more

To start, my order almost took over an hour. I understand understaffing, maybe so many routes to go on and orders. It was... probably about 40-45 min waiting for it. Forgot any extra toppings I had paid for, I only got meat. No cheese or anything else Ihad asked for. No Mayo packets as it is on the receipt that I asked for extra Mayo and provolone. I understand maybe they arebusy, and forgot or just rushed it. But truly not the best experience. ??????????? Read more

First off there are no signs indicating that they are not accepting walk-in orders. When you call, the phone rings continuously... and no one ever picks up. Not even a voicemail message plays. There?s someone at the counter making sandwiches as people come upto pull on the door handle. There?s nothing that indicates they?re not open or not accepting customers. The employees just walkaround as if nothing is happening. DO NOT ORDER HERE. This was my first and last time coming to this business. I will becontacting corporate as well. Read more

This Jimmy Johns is awesome, hands down one of the best I have ordered from. I ended up getting the wrong sandwich delivered to... me and they comped my next order. When I called a few days later to claim my free sandwich they remembered me and honored thefree sandwich plus gave me a free soda which I offered to pay for. They were so nice on the phone. I will always order fromthem. Thanks guys. :) Read more

Ordered sandwiches online using the app. Chose the cash option for payment. Immediately realized that the only bills I had were... a $20 and a $100. The total was over $20 so I immediately called to ask if the driver would have change. They said he wouldn?tso I informed them that I would come to the location and pick it up. When I arrived at the store to pay I was told they wouldnot take a $100 bill. Huh? So I paid with a debit card and took my order to the car. I looked at the receipt and saw that I wasstill charged for a delivery charge. Ok, honest mistake. I informed them that I was not willing to pay that. The cashier saidthat is a ?Joe?problem and turned around to bag pick up orders. She never said anything else to me. I had no Idea who Joe wasnor where to find him. So there I stood, people piling up behind me waiting to order and still nothing. Finally ?Joe? shows up.He was standing literally 3 feet from myself and the register making sandwiches. He never said a single word to me. No ?I?ll beright with you?, nothing. He comes to the register and does all the corrections and asks me to insert my card again. I looked athim and said ?No?. I need to know that the previous transaction had been voided. He grabbed the receipt and put it in front ofmy face, reaching over the register, and said, ?it?s been voided Dude?. Dude? Seriously? That did not sit well with me at all. Itold him this was Jimmy John?s F-up. Not mine. He walks away from the register and says, ?Just pay and take your stuff?. So Ipaid, grabbed my ?stuff? and started out the door with a few choice words about their customer service. He then says I was theone who F?ed-Up. Serious disregard for their customers. I will never visit this location again no matter how convenient. I knowthat ?I? won?t make much of a difference in their bottom line but felt that I should share my experience for those that choosenot to do business with people of that mindset. I placed an order online, so I could pick it up and be back to work. I got the order has been placed and the order has been... confirmed. I then went to the location to pick up my order. I waited over 15 minutes on the parking lot waiting for the order isready status. I refreshed the page every minute, and it was still not marked ready. I figured I would walk inside to ask, andlow and behold it was sitting on table for pick-up. It would have been nice to have had it marked as ready for pickup on thesite. For all I know I could have been sitting there for 20 minutes. If I didn't go inside to check, and I was still at workwaiting for the go ahead. I may never have gotten it.
