I went to buy my daughter an ice cream for her birthday to take it to school when I pick her up and when I got there the doors... were closed her information It says they open at 11 in the morning and it was 11:45 I waited a little longer and at 11 :50 anemployee arrived who still at 12:06 pm had not opened the door. he saw me waiting at the door and still he didn't open the doorso i got upset and left ???? Normally Baskin-Robbins serves us well. Today they did not! I ordered a cookies and cream fudgenut with some decorative items on... it for my grandchildrens birthday day. Went down to pick it up and nothing for me! Not even a fudgenut in that flavor available. I ordered it on Friday for a Monday pick up. Not happy this time. Read more
My kids love to come here, but it is a bit pricey. We love how many choices there are, and I love that each flavor has an... allergen label. You can ask for samples to taste the different flavors. And in the 31st of each month, scoops of ice cream are31% off. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. There is outdoor seating in the front (by the road) and back (in theparking lot) of the store. Read more
We ordered an ice cream cake in advance for a birthday. When we went to get it, they said the order didn't get completed because... the person who makes the cake called out sick. While they can't control an employee getting sick, they could have called us andtold us our order wouldn't be filled. Read more
Placed an online order for a basic non-customized cake, just a quick grab and go thing and they were not open at 11 like stated... in their site and store front. Waited 30 minutes and still no one! My mother in law ordered a ice cream pie for my husband?s birthday - one of their standard signature pies. They told her they... had never heard of it before. Then they said ?okay,? and looked it up and found it in their data base and said that they couldmake it. When she asked them to write on it they said ?we don?t do that.? So my mother in law arrived at 11 AM to pick it up.They were closed until noon. Their information was inconsistent. So when she arrived to pick it up, they told her they hadn?teven made the pie because they didn?t have pie crust? it is the week of Thanksgiving, and they don?t have pie crust, okay, I getthat. The called the Orem store and they didn?t have pie crust either? but the real problem was, they never called my mother inlaw back to inform her of the incomplete order, nor did they offer replacement options, apologize, or try and offer anycompensatory solution. So she just grabbed a standard ice cream cake from the freezer. Overall, their customer service is subparin comparison to the brand/title they hold. Read more
