Immediately greeted. Immediately seated. Immediately served. Waited a minute for food, but it was hot, fresh, and a perfectly... prepared med rare steak. Sides were ok. Looked you up to see how the reviews were from 3-4 weeks ago when we went last [9-16] and sounds like everyone had a bad... experience. Ours was the worst we have ever had at the Richmond IN site, which is sad. We've been going to this site for years.We're going to try you 1 more time tonight, and hopefully, it's gotten better! If not, guess we won't be eating again, as wenever got our food on 9-16 either! (We did pay for our drinks since that's all we got after 1 1/2 hours. Read more
Service was OK at best, I ordered the boneless buffalo wings (which are apparently also called chicken chunks?) which was... literally just chicken strips with hotsauce.....why not just call them chicken strips? I was there with 5 other people, none ofwhich were very impressed with the service or food. A pitcher of beer was like 5$ so there's a small silver lining! Read more
Worst food I've eaten in a long time. Waitress was great but the cooks seem to have real issues. Over cooking the food and then... stalling the wait staff until food is cold. Prepping the food wrong, burgers with 2 top or bottom buns, soggy buns, cold waxyfries. Even after the manager addressed the issue and had our meals remade we all have sick stomachs and diarrhea. It was very easy to find just offcthe highway. Our waitress was very nice, polite, and friendly. Our food was done in a very... good amount time. Same great taste! Wings half as small, saucy enough to color them but not really taste it. You can get them sauced for an extra... $1. So twice as much, half the wing, lacks sauce. Still, when properly sauced they are great. I think it?s time to find a newstop in Richmond when I pass through. Read more
