I paid $25 for delivery for them to get my whole order wrong. I called the location and asked if they can fix it since I am at... work and cannot leave (that's why I ordered delivery in the first place) and the girl stated there was nothing they could doabout it... and that's it. I don't know about you, but I find it SUPER annoying when a place can't follow simple directions when modifying an order - it's... spelled out for you. Your job is to cater to your customers. Dropping over $12 for a "fast" food salad, I expect it to be right.Wasteful for both parties - we both lose money when I throw it out, never return, and make sure anyone who thinks about comingto your business, thinks twice. Georgia Summer Cobb Salad and Wrap. Mmmmmmmm!!! They were fresh and delicious, well packaged for delivery and solid portions for... the price!! We want one in our home town immediately, please! Both meals tasted fresh from first to last bite. They were heartymeals and felt completely satisfied after. Upon asking the employees about the sourcing of the ingredients, the staff working on the premises have claimed that the... products used for the salads are organic. After contacting the management directly, I have received a written confirmation thatthe products are, unfortunately, not organic and sourced from the farms that use carcinogenic pesticides and herbicides. I wishthe quality and the presentation of information was up to par to ensure safety and health of the community. Read more
