My wife and I tried this Steak and Shake looking for a nice restaurant style lunch. The kiosk ordering style quickly removed the... server from the restaurant experience. The kiosk malfunctioned and wouldn't provide a receipt and the person wouldn't get usone either. We asked for it 3 times. We heard names called for people to get their order, even some who ordered after as.Finally, we get our lunch. The fries bland. The onion rings were greasy with a foul taste. Both double burgers tasted dry andalmost burnt. You had a choice of condiments but it's however they choose to put it on. If we'd wanted a fast food experience,we'd have gone to McDonald's. Read more
Shift manager was very gracious. I ordered on the app and thought they got my sandwich wrong but they in fact had it right. He... humored me and fixed it with some extra fries and cheese to make the customer happy.... husband and I sat outside and enjoyed aquick burger and shake meal with a side of humble pie. Order 5 double cheeseburgers and i was asked if i wanted everything on it and told the worker yes, but as soon as i got home... obviously just a single cheeseburger with nothing else. Very clean restaurant and the lady working the seating area was very friendly and helpful. If you go inside (instead of the... drive-thru), I like the non-contact feature of placing your orders directly on the screen. You're able to customize how you wantyour order and pay directly. The food was tasty too and if you have a hearty appetite, definitely get the double burgers becausethey are thin patties. Read more

Update 2022: They revamped service. Self Sevice Ordering for indoor dining or to go. It is simple and streamline. Food is cooked... fresh and comes quickly for the average sit down dining experience. Self Refill station for drinks. We enjoyed a relaxingFather's Day meal. Everyone got a meal and shakes and enjoyed fun family time. They finally have a good cook in the kitchen. Theservers are excellent as always. If you go at a busy time, it may take a while to get a table and food. Love the burgers. Read more
Idk if we will ever go back there just isn't the same. You have hardly any interaction with people.. you have to order from a... kiosk you seat yourself which is no problem then they call your name or number then you go get it which is no problem. Just somepeople like interaction with others. They want a tip but your doing the hole service yourself besides cooking it.. and fast foodrestaurants don't get tips so why should they when the service is the same.
