Ordered two pizzas for delivery, got them tossed in the boxed so ruined pizzas. Called store to fix it and they sent me to three... different people at store then manager who told me to call 800 number where I sat on hold forever when they could have justfixed pizza and had us pick up new pizzas. The online app was not working so I called to place my order. The person who answered said he couldn?t hear me so I repeated... what I wanted, then he passed the phone to someone else. I ordered half sausage half cheese and she said pepperoni and I said nohalf sausage half cheese. Two orders of crazy bread and sauce and one order of bbq wings. Well she never repeated the order backnor give me a price or time to pick up. When my daughter picked it up and got home we had half sausage and half pepperoni, onecrazy bread, and Buffalo wings. Called to see if I could place and order over the phone and pick it up rather than order on line. (Saturday, June 25th - early... evening) Haley answered and said she would be happy to take my order over the phone. She was so pleasant and cheerful! Went topick up my pizza, Haley peeked out from around the corner and said she would be right out with my pizza. She was, and with a bigsmile on her face! Pizza was nice and hot, and yummy!! It was exactly how I ordered it too. Just want to shout out for Haley!!!We need more people out there like her!!! Happy, pleasant, cheerful, helpful and so nice!!! Ordered 1 cheese pizza, 2 crazy bread & 1 stuffed crazy bread. The crazy breads were made fresh, however they had a cheese ready... so we took that. We opened the box to start eating and the pizza was lukewarm at best. Crust was tough & the cheese tastedbland and cool. It honestly looks like it sat out for a couple hours and went back into the warmer. Very disappointed to say theleast! The ONLY reason it's 2/5 is because the young man who helped us (wish I remembered the name) was wonderful! Very nice &professional! Tryed to call 30minutes before they close to order pizza, they did not answer. Tryed to order online only to find out it would... be for the next day. Drove to them to be told they can only do classic pizzas only and that they do not answer the phone 1hourbefore closing. Lots of young people I think workers doing nothing waiting for shift to be over. Not sure of the stores policiesbut I think the kids may be making their own and need training. Read more
First, I will say the employees here were very nice. Unfortunately, they messed up my order and I had to wait well over 30... minutes for all of our food to be made. Part of our order was not made and I had to wait while they made the rest of our order. Thank goodness they have warmers to keep food hot while they made our other food, otherwise our entire order would have neededto be made all over again! Read more
Saturday I went to go get pizza. There was like maybe 3 workers. (Young teenage ish boys) one of them yelled ?bitch no? in the... back and all on their phones goofing off. A worker came up from and saw there was a line?he rolled his eyes and huffed andpuffed and took everyone?s order. Not only was I charged for 2 pizzas when I asked for 1?..I FOUND A PIECE OF THEIR HAIR COOKEDINTO MY PIZZA!! And touched everyone?s pizzas and made everyone?s pizza?WITHOUT GLOVES!! I'm concerned about the appendages of their delivery driver. Was waiting for my pizza and decided to go check my front step and... there they were. Their driver must have 10 severely injured fingers not to be able to press the door bell notifying the pizza isdelivered. Hope at least one finger is healed up for the next delivery. Read more
