placed an order on the app and when i got there, there was only one other car. i checked in and waited 15 minutes and then... finally pushed the button for help. the button rang for another 5 minutes without anyone helping me. i ended up having to leaveor i was going to be late to work. literally paid for my order and it was never brought out. i always have problems at thissonic but it?s never been this bad before. I placed an online order for pick-up. Paid for it. Went to get it and they said they had no order for me. I had to be... somewhere so did not have time to order and wait again - nor would I since I had already paid for the food without getting it. I left a complaint with the website - suggesting that they refund my money. Never heard anything from them and never received arefund. Thanks to this location - I will never order from Sonic again... too bad as I actually like their food. I see yourresponse... I contacted Sonic directly through their website and never heard anything. So, no, I gave you a chance when ithappened 3 months ago - I am just done now. Read more
Read these reviews. 30 minutes in drive through with 3 cars after sitting at a car hop station for 15 just to never be answered.... The owner should be Embarrassed to own such a poorly run restaurant. This is not the first poor experience here but it will bethe last. This is the first review I've ever left on a website. I received a delivery about 30 minutes ago, my 5 piece tender basket was nearly burnt, toast as well, the basket was cold,... scraps of onion rings was mixed with the tator tots. This basket was trash, and what's just as disappointing is the fact that anemployee knowingly let this order be delivered and dint care about Sonic. Soggy corn dogs. They also wanted to charge water for my child after I had ordered the meal. The manager named Glacia said she... would "help" me by only charging for "child" size cup since I had just ordered. Receipt attached to show proof that I had justordered as a customer not just someone asking for a water only. This location doesn't care about reviews. So there's that.Revisit again recently. Well I'm not one to Complain to much but sonic needs to step it up or lower their prices. Had the no. 11 crispy tender dinner.... well crispy was right, my toast was burnt my tots were way overcooked sn tasted as If they were sitting under a heat lamp forlast couple hrs, my gravy was cold and chicken tenders were ok I guess though they kinda tasted like fish.
