After waiting nearly 30 minutes for our food inside, fries were cold, coleslaw tasted off, was not given any requested... silverware or sauces. Waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes with no help just to ask for silverware and sauce. By the timeI got back to my table, of course my food was cold. Awful food and awful service. Read more
They got 90% of my order wrong, only after screwing up the order of the person in front of us so badly she was holding the line... up for about a half hour. Not all KFCs are bad, and I don't expect much ...but at least TRY to do your job correctly. Read more
I ordered the 3 piece Nashville hot chicken strip combo, With mashed potatoes in place of the French fries and an extra biscuit... and a Pepsi. I got the 3 strips and the Pepsi, everything else was wrong. I guess I should be happy they got half the ordercorrect and count my blessings. The order on the receipt was correct but somewhere down the line it got lost apparently or theycan't follow basic instructions. Stopped and got kfc tonite after sayung i wont go back. 8 peice meal and 2 orders of fries for kids over $30. Get home the dries... taste horrible.and chicken tastes just as bad. This is the most pathetic excuse of a restaurant in Shields. Unless you want to waste a whole bunch of time and money and get... disgusting unedible food. I suggest you don't go here! This restaurant needs to be shut down! The 3 star rating is way more thanit deserves! ???????????? Read more
