The place was dirty and the staff seemed clueless. There were no paper towels in the bathrooms. Yet an employee came out right... before I went in. I assume he didn't wash his hands or didn't care. The tables were all a mess. The food was as ordered andfairly quick, but they employees seemed more interested in hanging out and talking then cleaning. Even when things were slow,they were just hanging out talking or would go outside to smoke. Read more
There wasn?t a clean table in a completely empty lobby. The order was incorrect. The ketchup was empty and all the garbages were... full. The bathroom was also dirty. I?m not typically a negative person, but this was horrid. Read more
The food was good and they got the order correct, but they were very slow and there seemed to be a lot of confusion behind the... counter. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Hopefully they'll do better next time. Read more
We went to Wendy?s this week. The lobby was empty but the drive through was crowded. The lobby was clean and the service was... friendly. The food was lackluster. My hamburger was slightly warm as well as the fries. You could drink the frosty which I did.Could have been better. Read more
Thank you Wendy?s for being the only Wendy?s in a 15 mile radius that is open past 8 PM! The four for four is always a great... deal! Staff was very polite and very helpful. They are also very patient as someone in the vehicle could not make up their mindon what they wanted to eat and continue to change the order every two seconds. We love you Wendy?s! Read more
Does this look like a Jalapeno Popper Burger? This is a consistent problem with this Wendys. Somehow everytime I go there my... order gets messed up. I do not understand why it is so hard to just get my entire order correct! At least once! I hate the factyou're the only drive thru close to my house. I just cannot fathom why when I ask for No Tomatoes EVERY TIME I GO. I end up withburgers with tomatoes. I have no idea how you hand out the wrong sandwich entirely. And when trying to call the last 45 minutesthe line is busy. Why is your phone line busy for 45 minutes?! Maybe I will just make a bad google review for every item you getwrong again until the staff here can get it together. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. Service was absolutely horrible! many employees standing around doing nothing. All the food... looks like it's been sitting in warmers all day. The person expediting the orders and working the cash register doesn't seem toknow what the heck she was doing.
