Arrived at 1 pm. Seated immediately and my order was taken quickly. Ordered a bun less double cheese burger and the 10 wings... lunch special. My salad was pretty good. I have been to other locations where it was mostly brown lettuce but this one wasgood. My food arrived very fast. Again at other locations I felt my food took to long to arrive. My burger was awesome, juicyand cheesy. My wings were also very good, crispy and crunchy. My waitress was attentive and did a good job as well. Placed my order on line and they mixed it all up and didn't receive the whole order. When we called to fix the order the manager... couldn't pull the order. The manager told us he would fix it for us the next day. We called the order in to pick it up themanager Carmen left us on hold. We were in the restaurant and we were still on hold. Food was delicious and the service was pretty good, had a new waitress who did a decent job, she will get better with time I'm... sure. As always, I believe you can judge a restaurant on the way the manager does their job. The manager was going to eachtable and greeting the customers and asking how everything was. I was visiting San Antonio and stopped here. The young man who took my order was great. However, when my order was brought... to the counter. The young lady didn't acknowledge me. Didn't say a word when I was trying to speak with her. I left back tomy hotel. I had no utensils.. napkins... I ordered ranch for my dipping sauce and salad. I got none. I had a salad with nodressing and no fork. I ordered celery and carrots with my wings... I got none. I ordered all flats . They gave medrums.
