Arrived at 1 pm. Seated immediately and my order was taken quickly. Ordered a bun less double cheese burger and the 10 wings... lunch special. My salad was pretty good. I have been to other locations where it was mostly brown lettuce but this one wasgood. My food arrived very fast. Again at other locations I felt my food took to long to arrive. My burger was awesome, juicyand cheesy. My wings were also very good, crispy and crunchy. My waitress was attentive and did a good job as well. Placed my order on line and they mixed it all up and didn't receive the whole order. When we called to fix the order the manager... couldn't pull the order. The manager told us he would fix it for us the next day. We called the order in to pick it up themanager Carmen left us on hold. We were in the restaurant and we were still on hold. The line that was inside was forcomplaints. But the hosts said they were busy, yet she was on her phone. Carmen was very rude. Will not go there again. Read more
Food was delicious and the service was pretty good, had a new waitress who did a decent job, she will get better with time I'm... sure. As always, I believe you can judge a restaurant on the way the manager does their job. The manager was going to eachtable and greeting the customers and asking how everything was. I was visiting San Antonio and stopped here. The young man who took my order was great. However, when my order was brought... to the counter. The young lady didn't acknowledge me. Didn't say a word when I was trying to speak with her. I left back tomy hotel. I had no utensils.. napkins... I ordered ranch for my dipping sauce and salad. I got none. I had a salad with nodressing and no fork. I ordered celery and carrots with my wings... I got none. I ordered all flats . They gave medrums. Which is not a big deal.. but I paid extra for all of this. Very bad experience. But I did add a star for theyoung man that took my order. Read more
Terrible service. We went in at 10 pm and they close at 12am. Place was not packed at all but we still waited 30 minutes to... place our drink order only after we flagged a waitress down. Our fried pickels still had batter on them from not being fried allthe way through. When we got our wings both boneless and traditional had barely any sauce on them and were very dry. We werecontinously flagging our waitress down for napkins and refills. Terrible service all the way around. Read more
At Buffalo wings at city base. Our food came, the lady said our server will be right with us. Ten minutes later I get up and go... to the restroom to get paper towels. We had no napkins nor there plates. I was really disappointed with our server she hadothers doing her job. One gets our drinks order, another brings out our food . I always leave a tip but not today. How funny shejust brought out our plates. Did not apologize just set them there and walked away. Read more
I?m currently here and just finished my meal. The waitress did not bring us napkins with our appetizer and she did not check up... on us to see if we needed anything. Half of our wings were undercooked and she brought us the check before we were even halfwaythrough our meal. To top it all off not once did she ask if we needed a refill and did not bring us wipes for our hands. By farthe worst BWW I?ve even been to anywhere in the country. Came to eat here and got a waitress named Gina. Very unattentive, very slow. Food was not good at all. Very hard very old. Asked... for wings both boneless and traditional. My baby got mac and cheese all burned, dry and hard. Very bad experience. Read more
