Food was pretty good. I felt the lasagna was lacking a bit of flavor but still really enjoyable. Huge portion with the price to... go along with it. It's expensive! The ambiance is very retro. The classic is still open and doing a brisk business at least during my visit on a Wednesday evening. It had been over a decade... since my last stop at original Joe's and now dating back 50 plus years as a family favorite. Prices have gone up do not expect abargain meal but you don't feel cheated with the value and the size of the portions. Excellent service continues through thegenerations of staff. Prime rib was solid disregard many of the comments you might see here about gristle and poor quality therewas nothing wrong with this piece of meat. Read more

WOW If you are looking for a delicious and quiet place for dinner, well, Original Joe's definitely has the delicious down! The... prime rib was FANTASTIC, your mouth will thank you even if your waistline doesn't. The salad was fresh and crisp and a perfectappetizer, and unfortunately I left my slice of chocolate cake in the car and wasn't able to enjoy it. The service was justas good as the food, with everyone being so kind and attentive. And while the atmosphere wasn't exactly quiet, it was certainlypositive and there was a current good feeling in the air. Highly recommending the prime rib! One of the best I've ever had! Read more
It is just a reminder to myself, please do not come. Service was great, food is so plain, come on, I cook better burgers. Trader... Joe?s linguine is better. Bread are cold and looks like store bought. Prime rib is not quite even and the flavor is lacking. Au jus is under seasoned as... well. Sampled spaghetti and ravioli, not impressed at all. The portion is very good though. Not going to be back again. Read more
