Super bad service just went in to get ice cream for the family I asked for 3 like it, 1 love it, the guy working there gave me a... love it, in a size of a like it I told him ok so i asked for a love it, I am guessing you're going to charge me for a all likeit size he said I'm sorry let me fix it, gets some of the coffee ice cream and tops it off mind you I asked for the coffeelovers it comes with mix ins, so I say ok whatever, tells me the total takes my card and tells me have a good day I said Idon't need to sign, he said no, so I asked can I get. receipt he tells me no our machine doesn't print out receipts... so muchfor waitting in line to get a horrible service Read more

Yummy!!! Friendly!!!! and they can make a pineapple upside down cake ice cream SOOOO WELLLL!!!! ????

This place is usually ok, they never have enough people working and they always take for ever! Today was the worst experience... ever. Stoped by to get a couple of smoothies, big mistake! The person doing my order seemed like he didn?t even work there, nouniform no greeting. Then they were out of cups, lids and didn?t even hand me a straw. When I asked for a different lidanother girl comes from the back and just says that?s all we have and turns around. I asked to at least poke a hole on the lidto accommodate my 2 year old and she just stabbed it with a knife and threw it on the counter! Worst experience ever! Read more

We ordered a large founder's favorite icecream. The associate served us much less in quantity than what we have experienced in... cold stone stores from other locations. I go here for a treat regularly. It's about as expensive than going to the market and buying a half gallon of ice cream but the... taste is better (depending on which half gallon you buy) and it's a relatively cheap form of instant gratification. Cold stonehad adapted to the covid world pretty well and you don't have to be in the place very long so I feel pretty safe there. Read more
