Terrible customer service. We were ignored for almost 30 minutes and several people walked out of the store in frustration. They... seemed to prioritize larger orders ahead of smaller ones regardless of when they were placed. We tried asking for an update on apizza we ordered an hour before only to be ignored some more. Not great, but there's worse out there too. Gotta go here once in a while to remind myself why I don't go more often. Employees... never seem happy (doesn't matter which location, and honestly you can't blame them), coupons and deals usually have to beordered online. I forgot about that part and had to order with my phone when the employee was right there in front of me, unableto help. I somehow selected a different location than the one I was at, so just drove to the other location 7 minutes away. Read more
I would have given 5 stars but on this particular trip I went in to pick up my order after receiving an email telling me it was... ready and the portal number. When I arrived 10 minutes later it was not ready. When I had asked how long for my order they toldme another 20 minutes. They said that they got a large order after mine that they were trying to fulfill. I just wish that theywon't send the email to tell you to come get your food before your food is ready. In a couple of the employees working felt putout when I asked like I should just deal with it and not ask questions and just take it when it comes.
