Alex H the cashier was very awesome he was rocking the ship an knocked it out his cook in the back in blue shirt however was... very disrespectful towards employees an customer's bullying verbally should not be tolerated in a work place or givingcustomer's dirty looks for speaking up. Terrible customer service. We were ignored for almost 30 minutes and several people walked out of the store in frustration. They... seemed to prioritize larger orders ahead of smaller ones regardless of when they were placed. We tried asking for an update on apizza we ordered an hour before only to be ignored some more. Not great, but there's worse out there too. Gotta go here once in a while to remind myself why I don't go more often. Employees... never seem happy (doesn't matter which location, and honestly you can't blame them), coupons and deals usually have to beordered online. I forgot about that part and had to order with my phone when the employee was right there in front of me, unableto help. I somehow selected a different location than the one I was at, so just drove to the other location 7 minutes away. Read more

I would have given 5 stars but on this particular trip I went in to pick up my order after receiving an email telling me it was... ready and the portal number. When I arrived 10 minutes later it was not ready. When I had asked how long for my order they toldme another 20 minutes. They said that they got a large order after mine that they were trying to fulfill. I just wish that theywon't send the email to tell you to come get your food before your food is ready. In a couple of the employees working felt putout when I asked like I should just deal with it and not ask questions and just take it when it comes. It will definitely be awhile before I go back if I ever go back. Read more

I placed an order for pickup, and even got there early. The food was hot and ready, sure. But the seasoned beef was quite dry... and old. The stuffed crust tasted anything but fresh. Overall, not a satisfying experience after a long rough day. Read more

This is the second time we had an issue with our order here but this time I spoke with the shift lead Kim. Kim was very... professional, polite and actually took the time to not only listen to me but train the newer employee that made the mistake onour order. After she made the change to our order she gave my kids some crazy bread cause we had to wait longer and my kids theywere starving, which I really appreciate. Waited for 40 minutes for a regular pep and dome crazy bread. The gentleman told me to wait on the side however I noticed that... they were not communicating and all the staff were giving those in front of me "free" pep pizzas for waiting as long as I was.When I finally got my order they walked away and I asked them for a free pep since I waited as long as the others did.
