Ordered the Pilgrim Special which is supposed to have cranberries, stuffing, turkey, and gravy. The burger i recieved did not... have gravy or cranberries which is the entire reason I ordered it. Burger is good quality, but did not receive what I orderedwhich is a special burger on their menu without any personal changes made. Eating stuffing on a burger bun without sauce leavesfor an extremely dry burger. Update: Tried calling twice after I got home with my incorrect order. No one answers thephone. Update: Added 3 stars, was emailed by the owner and he reassured me that a discussion would take place with the staff onduty at the time of purchase. Outstanding customer service from the owner. Ordered a meal at 8:15PM via DoorDash. Our driver waited for 45 minutes before leaving. The order kept getting delayed. We tried... calling the Stony Point location and kept getting a ?busy? signal a dozen times. It is no 9:17 and our NEW dasher is currentlywaiting for the order which is somehow STILL not ready. This is absolutely unacceptable. Seems like the workers there kept thephone off the hook because they didn?t feel like answering the phones. This level of service is unacceptable. UPDATE: our newdasher went inside to ask why our order was taking so long. The employees claimed it had already been made and picked up despitethe fact the original dasher never picked it up and moved along. Lying to cover up their incompetence perhaps? Read more
This place is such a disappointment. I used to love this place years ago , I came here today and the fries were not fresh at all... they just re cooked the fries that?s been sitting out and the chicken in my sandwich wa snot cooked all the way . This locationhas gone down hill since they hired new cooks . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Read more
Asked for my cheeseburger to be cooked well done?this definitely wasn?t it. They were slow when I walked in. Both cooks chillen... browsing on their phones. They weren?t busy so no reason to not cook my burger well done as requested. I?ve ordered here a fewtimes and haven?t had any issues so I?m pretty disappointed. Sigh.. Read more
The food was so good! The superburger sauce is off the chain. The tots were just right, not oily like some we've experienced.... The service was from the waitress was questionable but other than that... we'll be back! Read more
Quick service, HOT Food and large portions. The Tater Tots & Sweet Potato Fry combo bag was hugh. Enough for a second meal the... following day. The store also has Gluten free buns for their hamburgers so you don't have to get a lettuce wrap if you want aburger and have Celiac like myself. Two thumbs up but don't forget to get plenty of napkins. Their burgers are not only tastybut juicy too. We came back today and again needed those extra napkins. The best burgers around. Read more
