Absolutely the worst experience I?ve ever had with any churches chicken store! Both meals were cold and the old! I mean you... could see by looking at the food that the grease had not been changed in a while and that it had been sitting there all day andwhen i went in to get a refund the manager told me her self that the 2 pc dark spicy has been there since morning becausemorning shift did not add to the waste list or whatever its called! Regardless of being new or still learning or who wassupposed to do what it?s common since to not serve bad food!! This is how people get sick!! On top of my food being bad i getback to my vehicle almost home and I finally decided to take a drink of my sprite and it?s nothing but carbonation so i callthem to let them know that they need to change the sprite and no body knows how to answer the phone apparently cause i calledseveral times each call spaced out so there is no reason my call shouldn?t of been answered! Im highly disappointed with myexperience tonight and i will not be going back!! Honestly feel like the health inspector or someone higher up needs to come into straighten things up! Read more
ordered spicy tenders, was told i had to wait. employee didnt want to cook the meal. very very rude. wanted creamy jalepeno and... honey mustard for 2 meals and only got 1 meals worth. got my food had only 3 jalapeno poppers, my chicken was cold and notspicy. normally like their food but their employees dont want to be employeed. must of hired their crew from the bueno in town Read more
We were the only one's in the restaurant, couldn't get waited on. Finally had to holler to get someone to the counter. All... tables were filthy, asked for a rag and someone came out and cleaned one table. She didn't touch the others, just cleaned one. We were there about 45 minutes, two more customers came, and still no one cleaned any tables. I'm guessing that is why they hadso few customers for a lunch hour. Horrible service, dirty establishment. I love Churches but never here again. Read more
The Spicy chicken...is NOT spicy at all. No green beans. Mashed potatoes had an odd taste and I didn't care for them...the... biscuit was the only thing that was good. I paid for jalapeños just to try and make my food spicy and mashed potatoestolerable. This place is wack. I won't give them another try. I didn't get napkins nor my receipt. Read more
Its 1:45pm. As you can see from the puctures, the place is empty but trashed. Biscuits were hard and the chicken was good.... People friendly. Just not very clean. 2 pc meal cost me $11. Read more
