The last couple of times I've been here they been quick, very friendly. And the food was on point. I'd go 15 miles out of my way to come here. And why not 5 stars then? Because there's always room for improvement.
My food comes cold more often then not. They're great at taking orders and getting the order right. Its not an easy task. While waiting for our food it took so long my friend said I thought they only have such amount of time to get our food out or otherwise free. So they aren't fast by any means. But the kids ate it and were feeling much happier than they were before we had gotten them food. But who likes cold tots? Not my kiddos ?
Food was cold, mozzarella sticks were not cooked. Didn?t get chili on my tots, and the burger was lack luster. Sonic blasts weren?t mixed up. I would give no stars if I could.
this makes like the 6th time weve visited and the order is completely wrong. young kids who do not care about their job or peoples orders.. please shut this place down. Update came here for a review. Noticed this place is still sheet. Not sure why they only half fill shakes. Missing sauce for the pretzel, no receipt either. They wasted money building this sonic. It's pure garbage
I don?t think I have ever received decent service at the Sapulpa Sonic location. Stalls have been closed for over a month. Sonic is a DRIVE IN not DRIVE THRU!! It?s very irritating to order through the app just to get there and have to wait for 10+ minutes in the drive thru for 4 drinks!! Get to the window and I?m not even handed the correct drinks. No customer service. Will NOT be back and extremely glad I live in a town with an amazing Sonic that hadn?t been ruined by adding a drive thru to it. Sapulpa is by far the worst sonic I have been to and I travel a lot so I get drinks at multiple locations. This is the only one I ever have an issue with
Going to Sonic I?ve always known if your getting a drink it?s okay to use the drive thru and if you are ordering food you pull into a spot. Apparently people in this town don?t understand that. Everyone goes through the drive thru. I waited multiple times for just drinks and have had to wait more than 15 mins. But most of all the girls there have no customer service.
If it were possible to give a zero star review, I would have done so. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL establishment I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I was in line at the drive thru for more than 30 minutes. When I attempted to order, the girl TAKING the orders could not grasp the concept of putting tomatoes on the side of the burgers, and I had to drive up to the window. When I got to the window, she still did not understand, so I had to talk to her as if she were 3 years old. My order was missing one item altogether, and the two burgers I THOUGHT I had ordered were wrong. I called and spoke to a "manager" named Gabby, who hung up on me repeatedly. This is the most horrific Sonic I have ever been to, and I will never return. I wonder how CORPORATE feels about this mis-management, as well as employees that are too dense to make an order properly... It's really NOT rocket science.
Waiting in the first spot at the sapulpa sonic. No other cars in the stalls, hit the button 10-15 minutes ago. No answer, not even "be with you on a moment." As I type this I had someone come outside, look at me and turn back inside. Reading online that stalls are down but nothing on the stalls to indicate this. Possibly an old sticker partially removed.
