This is probably one of the worst establishments I have ever visited. I ordered through the app, and after waiting 15 minutes,... my food was delivered. I did not get the small tots or child's milk for my order. I pressed the button and asked for it. "Okay". 5 minutes later I hit the button again.. "am I going to get my food or not?" "What?" "....my small tots and whitemilk.. I have been here over 20 minutes, I just want the rest of the food I paid for so I can feed my kids." "Okay." Fiveminutes later. Still nothing. So now, not only did I have to go home with the rest of the food being cold because I had towait so long.. but this place actually stole food/money from me because they just refused to bring me the rest of myitems! ALSO! When I finally brought my partial order home, I saw that the small popcorn chicken I paid for was only half full. Really? Reaaaallly???? Awful service. The beef is even lower quality than before, the burgers are over cooked. Figured they couldn't mess up the iced tea, but the... last one I got from there tasted like cooking grease. It's a shame, but since they got bought out the quality of the food hastaken a nose dive. The burgers we got yesterday put the last nail in the coffin for us. We won't ever go back to any of them. I downloaded the app because they bribed me with a half-price bacon jam burger. I ordered it with no mayo, extra pickle, tater... tots, 4 ketchup packets and two packets of salt. Plus a Red Bull slush which deserves its own review. What arrived was a baconjam burger with very little bacon and less jam. It had mayo and no pickles. No ketchup for the tots. Ate all my tots waitingfor my burger replacement. Sans ketchup. Sad. No mayo DOES NOT mean double mustard. And why on earth would you pour it all overthe jam?
