Will not honor rewards or coupons. Two other starbucks in town that will. So why bother with a franchise that won't.

Went for an Oat Milk Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate only to be told that there was no Oat Milk, No Syrup and no Hot Chocolate... because the Manager forgot to order stuff! I appreciate that times are difficult right now with deliveries and supplies buthaving literally none of the components for my drink because someone forgot to do their job is a different story! I normally avoid Starbucks in grocery stores as the ones I?ve seen often don?t have places to sit, maybe no Wifi etc. But very... pleasantly surprised with this one - huge seating area, great WiFi. Thanks! Read more

Subpar. Beautiful layout. Nice sunlit quiet area to study. First grocery store Starbucks I saw to sell heated items. There were... pastry items that were available for sale but not in the display case that was half empty. When I brought that up nothing wasdone. Packaged items were mixed together/disorganized/empty or dusty. My drink was called out but no one asked me my name. Meh Read more

Well, had to update my review. Much to my dismay, they used regular syrup when SUGAR FREE was ordered. It was even written on... the cup SF. I thought I saw her use the wrong syrup and I tried to check when I got it but the girl was very snobby and brushedme off because she was busy chatting and laughing with her coworkers. How dare I question her barista skills. For me, it kickedme out of ketosis, lucky for them I'm not diabetic or I'd have lost it. Not what you expect at Starbucks. Read more
